New Delhi, May 3, 2019: Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel welcomed Aam Aadmi Party MLA Anil Kumar Bajpayee to the BJP and said that his joining would particularly strengthen the BJP in Gandhinagar assembly constituency.
 
Goel said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is making baseless allegations of horse-trading of MLAs. His own MLA Anil Kumar Bajpayee himself has confessed that he was humiliated in the party with the words “gadha (donkey)” and “tucha (mean)” due to which he willingly went to see Vijay Goel and asked to join the BJP. Goel said the things in the AAP has come to such a pass that the party which came to the power on the agenda of fighting corruption is itself indulging in corruption, and with the way the party members are being humiliated, other MLAs would also quit the party.
 
Goel said that Kejriwal asked him through a tweet about the deal with their MLAs. But I ask him whether Kejriwal bought “AAP” north-west candidate Gugan Singh, who quit the BJP to join his party? Aam Aadmi Party has six MLAs who were earlier members of the BJP. Were they also paid money? Kejriwal should do constructive politics and not negative politics. Do not call your own MLAs saleable.
 
Goel said that these issues are being raked up to hide the failures of the Kejriwal government in the past four-and-a-half years. For example:
1.Two voter IDs of Gautam Gambhir
2.FIR against Ramesh Bidhuri in Bihar
3.Hans Raj Hans is Muslim, not Valmiki
4.BJP leaders are goons
5.Asking people in JJ clusters to accept money if offered
 
Goel said Kejriwal should talk about issues. The BJP doesn’t need any MLA from his side, but few MLAs are reaching out to us after facing humiliation in the AAP. Goel recounted their names, such as Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra Yadav, Kapil Mishra and others who have quit the Aam Aadmi Party. Did someone offer money to these people for quitting the AAP?
 
Goel said that a survey reveals that the BJP is winning all the seven seats in Delhi, and hence Kejriwal is getting frustrated.
 
Goel said that today Manish Sisodia is teaching us a lesson in cheap politics. Ask him why apologies were tendered to Arun Jaitley. Didn't that happen because the AAP leaders were doing cheap politics in the first place? It is cheap politics of the Aam Aadmi Party that Kejriwal-Sisodia who came to power fighting against the corruption of Congress and Sheila Dikshit were begging the same Congress for the alliance, and when the efforts for alliance didn’t materialize, they are now cursing the Congress leaders. 

New Delhi, May 2, 2019: In a road show organized today in Basai Darapur for BJP’s West Delhi candidate Pravesh Verma, Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel said that the Aam Aadmi Party would bag the third place in the upcoming polls in Delhi. It would not be new to find AAP’s candidates forfeiting their deposits as happened during the MCD polls.
 
Goel said that the Aam Aadmi Party is deceiving the people of Delhi in anticipation of its defeat. First Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal seeks votes on the basis of religion and says Hindu would not vote for Congress while Muslims were a little confused. Then the Aam Aadmi Party distributes pamphlets in JJ clusters asking them not to deny money for votes but urging them to vote for the AAP. The candidates of the Aam Aadmi Party use foul language. Without naming anyone, AAP’s candidate Atishi Marlena uses word “goons” for the Prime Minister and BJP National President, and asks people to send both of them back to Gujarat.
 
The recent remark has come from Manish Sisodia who said that the BJP is offering Rs 10 crores to their 7 MLAs. Goel said that not just 7, but 14 MLAs are in touch with us, and a number of MLAs could quit since they are feeling suffocated in the party.
 
Goel said that the way Kejriwal has been running the party like a dictator, the way he has resorted to gimmicks and theatrics in the past four years and have thrown away his party leaders after insulting them, what a sane person would like to remain in the Aam Aadmi Party?
 
Goel said that Manish Sisodia is leveling charges against their own MLAs that they are saleable and that they can be bought in Rs 10 crore. He should be ashamed for assessing the value of their MLAs in this manner.
 
Goel said that the MLAs of the Aam Aadmi Party have contacted him with a wish to join the Bharatiya Janata Party.
 
Goel said that the Aam Aadmi Party seems to have forgotten that many BJP members had fought the last assembly polls on the AAP tickets. Did the AAP then give crores to them? 

New Delhi, May 1, 2019: Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel made traders of Delhi take a vow that they will leave no stone unturned in making the BJP candidates win the Lok Sabha elections. Goel said that if the Bharatiya Janata Party comes to power in the Centre and in the State then resolving the sealing issue would become easier.
 
Goel said that former Delhi Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit is provoking traders on the issue of sealing, while the fact remains that had she wished, she would have resolved the sealing issue during her own tenure. Both the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress have betrayed traders on the matter of sealing, both remained a mute spectator. Earlier only 5 Horsepower and 5 persons were permitted to work in small industries, but our government increased it to 11 Horsepower and 9 persons which gave relief to lakhs of traders against sealing.
 
Goel said that the Sankalp Patr of the BJP includes setting up a national traders welfare board, pension for small retailers above the age of 60, Merchant Credit Card on the lines of Kisan Credit Card, accidental insurance of up to Rs 10 lakh to all GST registered traders, collateral-free business loans of up to Rs 50 lakh, technology centres for startups and traders, and 10% mandatory sourcing in government procurement from MSMEs having at least 50% women employees in their workforce. This has never happened in the 50-year-long regime of Congress.
 
Goel said the trading community has always been a votary of the BJP. Teams of traders have been formed in 272 Mandals; these teams would visit every market and reiterate that the interests of traders lie with the BJP.
 
Goel said that he would again visit the markets he had visited in the run-up to the Rashtriya Vyapari Mahasammelan event and would conduct meetings with business leaders.

New Delhi, April 29, 2019: A delegation of the Bharatiya Janata Party met Chief Election Commissioner Shri Sunil Arora today. Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel was the part of the delegation, who presented how Aam Aadmi Party is brazenly violating the Model Code of Conduct in the run-up to Delhi Lok Sabha polls.
 
Goel asked the Chief Election Commissioner to censor the public meetings, rallies, road shows, and interviews of Aam Aadmi Party Chief and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and AAP’s candidate from East Delhi parliamentary constituency Atishi Marlena.
 
Goel said that the Aam Aadmi Party is working hard to vitiate the electoral atmosphere. Kejriwal is spreading hatred and hostility among the voters and is seeking votes on the basis of religion. AAP’s East Delhi candidate Atish Marlena said, “Even if SP, BSP candidates are goons, vote for them. People know the two biggest goons in the country and today it is necessary to defeat both of them and send them back to Gujarat”.
 
Goel said it is obvious that she was referring to the most senior leaders of the BJP. Arvind Kejriwal went on to say that barring Hindus, Sikhs, and Buddhists, the BJP considers Muslims and Christians as infiltrators who will be thrown out. Obviously, he was trying to provocate Muslims and Christians, while the BJP has made it clear in the Citizenship Amendment Bill that the shelter will only be given to minorities who are facing persecution in the neighboring countries. Hindus, Jains, Sikhs, and Christians are prominent among them.
 
Goel said that both the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress are competing to secure the support of the Muslim vote bank.
