BJP to start its party poll process soon: Goel
GUWAHATI, April 29: National general secretary of the BJP Vijay Goel said that the election process of the State unit of the party would start soon. Addressing the reporters here on Sunday, Goel said that the BJP needs a strong leadership to lead the party from the front in the panchayat polls scheduled to be held in December this year. “Without a strong leadership, the party can’t perform well in the panchayat polls. So, there is a need to look into the leadership change issue seriously,” he said.

नई दिल्ली: भाजपा की दिल्ली इकाई के अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल तथा दिल्ली विधानसभा में नेता प्रतिपक्ष प्रो. विजय कुमार मल्होत्रा की अगुवाई में आज एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने राष्ट्रपति प्रणब मुखर्जी से मिलकर दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री शीला दीक्षित के खिलाफ चार्जशीट पेश की। चार्जशीट में कहा गया है कि दिल्ली की मुख्यमंत्री अपने कर्तव्यों के पालन में पूरी तरह विफल रही हैं तथा उन्हें व उनकी सरकार को पद पर बने रहने का कोई अधिकार नहीं है। प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने मांग की कि राष्ट्रपति संविधान के अनुच्छेद 239एबी में दिए गए अपने अधिकारों का इस्तेमाल कर शीला सरकार को बर्खास्त करें। प्रतिनिधिमंडल में पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष डॉ. हर्षवर्धन, विजेन्द्र गुप्ता, वरिष्ठ विधायक प्रो. जगदीष मुखी, रमेश बिधूड़ी, राष्ट्रीय मंत्री आरती मेहरा व महिला मोर्चा की प्रदेश अध्यक्ष शिखा राय शामिल थे।
