Hs News- Vijay Goel ने Rajya Sabha में उठाया पूरे देश से लॉटरी बंद करने का मुद्दा
भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) के वरिष्ठ नेता और राज्यसभा सदस्य विजय गोयल ने गुरुवार को राज्यसभा में देश से पूरी तरह लॉटरी बंद करने की मांग की है.
उन्होंने कहा कि लॉटरी एक सामाजिक बुराई है. इसके कारण देश में लाखों लोग बर्बाद होते हैं, आत्महत्या करते हैं, अपने घर के आभूषणों के साथ घर तक बेच देते हैं. इससे सबसे ज्यादा गरीब लोग प्रभावित होते हैं.
विजय गोयल ने कहा कि कर्नाटक, महाराष्ट्र, पंजाब और पश्चिम बंगाल में चल रही है लॉटरी पर पाबंदी लगनी चाहिए, जिससे कि वहां के लोग इस सामाजिक बुराई से निजात पा सकें. उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र की तरफ से एक विधेयक आए जिससे कि इन चार राज्यों में भी प्रतिबंध लगाया जा सके.
गोयल ने यह मुद्दा राज्यसभा में शून्यकाल के दौरान उठाया. उन्होंने कहा कि जब हमने पूरे देश के अंदर लॉटरी बंद करने का अभियान चलाया, तब सत्ता पक्ष और विपक्ष के 134 सांसदों ने हस्ताक्षर कर इसे बंद करने पर अपनी सहमति जाहिर की थी. तत्कालीन प्रधानमंत्री इन्द्र कुमार गुजराल ने लॉटरी के खिलाफ सदन में प्रस्ताव लाकर उस पर रोक लगा दी.
राज्यसभा सदस्य ने कहा कि 1998 में अटल बिहारी वाजपेयी सरकार के दौरान लॉटरी के खिलाफ एक बिल आया था, जिस पर देश के सभी राजनीतिक दलों के सांसद ने अपनी सहमति जाहिर की थी. इसके बाद देश में एकल-अंक लॉटरी को बंद किया गया.
गोयल ने कहा कि उस समय सभी सदस्यों की मांग थी कि एकल-अंक की लॉटरी के साथ दोहरी-अंक वाली लॉटरी को भी देश के अंदर से समाप्त कर दिया जाए. 1998 में लॉटरीज(रेगुलेशंस) एक्ट पारित किया, जिसके द्वारा किसी राज्य सरकार द्वारा लॉटरी ड्रॉ आयोजित करने की संख्या की सीमा तय की गई, राज्य सरकारों को दूसरे राज्यों द्वारा आयोजित लॉटरियों पर लगाम लगाने का अधिकार दिया गया.
उस समय स्टैंडिंग कमेटी के चेयरमैन पूर्व राष्ट्रपति प्रणव मुखर्जी थे. दूसरा बिल 1999 में लॉटरीज(रेगुलेशंस) एक्ट आया था लेकिन उस कमेटी के अंदर यह फैसला नहीं हो पाया कि देश के अंदर से पूरी तरफ से लॉटरी समाप्त किया जाए और यह कहकर छोड़ दिया गया कि इस पर फैसला सभी राजनीतिक दल लेंगे. उन्होंने कहा कि आज जो देश में 20 प्रतिशत लॉटरी चल रही हैं, उस पर भी पूरी तरफ से प्रतिबंध लगाया जाए.

NEW DELHI: Senior BJP leader Vijay Goel Thursday demanded a ban on lottery in the country, saying it is a social evil and hurts the poor the most. Raising the matter during the Zero Hour in the Rajya Sabha, Goel said single digit lottery has been banned and now even multi-digit number lotteries too should be banned. He said lottery is a social evil and poor people suffer.
Goel said all parties should support his demand. Several members across the House associated themselves with the suggestion. In his Zero Hour mention, BJP member Ashok Bajpai suggested a national-level policy to preserve Sanskrit. He rued the rich ancient language was disappearing from the country and one of the reasons was shortage of Sanskrit teachers.
उदयपुर किरण- ‘पार्क चलो अभियान’ का कारवां पहुंचा लोनी रोड स्थित डीडीए पार्क, विजय गोयल ने लोगों से किया संवाद
New Delhi, 26 जून (उदयपुर किरण). ‘पार्क चलो अभियान’ के तहत पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं राज्यसभा सदस्य विजय गोयल ने बुधवार को लोनी रोड स्थित डीडीए पार्क में सुबह सैर करने आए लोगों से दिल्ली के विकास के विषय मुद्दे पर वार्तालाप कर अपना दृष्टिकोण भी रखा.
इस अवसर पर लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए विजय गोयल ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर जमकर निशाना साधा. उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले आम आदमी पार्टी (आप) ने दिल्ली के लोगों को सुशासन देने का वायदा किया था. आज वही दिल्ली के अंदर सबसे भ्रष्ट पार्टी बनी गई है. उन्होंने कहा का केजरीवाल सरकार दिल्ली में विकास कराने के नाम पर लोगों के साथ घोखा किया है. इसका जवाब यहां की जनता आने वाले दिल्ली के विधानसभा चुनाव में ‘आप’ की सरकार के खिलाफ वोट करके देगी. और केंद्र में मोदी सरकार की तरह दिल्ली में भी पूर्ण बहुमत की सरकार बनाएगी.
गोयल के मुताबिक लोगों का कहना है कि दिल्ली में पानी और बिजली की समस्या खत्म होने का नाम नहीं ले रही, क्योंकि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल ने न तो पानी और न ही बिजली की समस्या के लिए काम किया. इसका खमियाजा यहां की जनता को भुगतना पड़ा रहा है. उन्होंने कहा कि जब से मैं अपने पार्क चलो अभियान के तहत लोगों से मिल रहा हूं, उससे एक बात साफ पता चल रही है कि दिल्ली की जनता केजरीवाल से तंग आ चुकी है. वह भाजपा के प्रति अपना झुकाव दिखा रही है.
उल्लेखनीय है कि राज्यसभा सदस्य विजय गोयल तीन जून से “पार्क चलो अभियान” का कार्यक्रम चला रहे हैं. इसमें वे पूरी दिल्ली में सुबह के समय किसी न किसी पार्क में जाकर वहां सैर करने आए लोगों से संवाद करते हैं और दिल्ली के विकास के लिए भाजपा का विजन रखते हैं.

नई दिल्ली/ टीम डिजिटल। दिल्ली विधानसभा चुनाव (Delhi Assembly Elections) को करीब देखते हुए बीजपी (BJP) के वरिष्ठ नेता विजय गोयल (Vijay Goel) काफी सक्रिय नजर आ रहे हैं। आज पार्क चलो अभियान के दौरान गोयल ने जनता को संबोधित करते हुए दिल्ली को लेकर अपने विजन के बारे में बताया। इसके साथ ही दिल्ली सरकार पर भी जमकर निशाना साधा।
गोयल ने कहा कि लोगों का कहना था कि कई अथॉरिटी होना (multiplicity of authorities) दिल्ली की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है। जनता को पता ही नहीं कि कौन सा काम डीडीए (DDA) का है, कौन सा दिल्ली सरकार का और कौन सा एमसीडी (MCD) का। यदि दोनों जगहों पर एक ही पार्टी होगी तो यह समस्या हल हो जाएगी।
'केजरीवाल सरकार की जल्द खोलूंगा पोल'
दिल्ली सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए विजय गोयल ने कहा कि मैं जल्द ही मोहल्ला क्लीनिक का दौरा कर केजरीवाल सरकार की असलिय खोल दूंगा। 4 सालों तक केजरीवाल प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को अपशब्द बोलते रहे, उनकी आलोचना करते रहे है और अब मोदी जी को मोहल्ला क्लीनिक दिखाने का नाटक कर रहे हैं।
'साढ़े चार सालों में नहीं किया कोई काम'
गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल खुद तो अपना इलाज बेंगलुरु जा कर करवाते है और गरीबों को मोहल्ला क्लिनिक में जाने को कहते है। पिछले साढ़े चार सालों में अरिवंद केजरीवाल और मनीष सिसोदिया ने दिल्ली वासियों के लिए एक काम ठीस से नहीं किया और अब आनन-फानन में सीसीटीवी (cctv) लगाने, मोहल्ला क्लीनिक की जगह ढूंढने और कच्ची कॉलोनियों में काम कराने की याद आई है।

विस, नई दिल्ली : दिल्ली की आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार के खिलाफ समय-समय पर कई तरह की मुहिम चलाते रहने वाले राज्यसभा सांसद और दिल्ली बीजेपी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने घोषणा की है कि अब वह मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों की असलियत दिल्ली की जनता के सामने रखेंगे। गोयल ने रविवार को जनकपुरी के डिस्ट्रिक्ट पार्क में मौजूद लोगों को संबोधित करते हुए यह बात कही। गोयल पिछले 15 दिनों से दिल्ली के अलग-अलग इलाकों में सुबह के वक्त पार्कों में जाकर वहां मौजूद लोगों से मिल रहे हैं और उनके साथ अलग-अलग मुद्दों पर चर्चा कर रहे हैं।
गोयल ने कहा कि चार साल तक प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को गाली देने और उनकी आलोचना करने वाले दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अब प्रधानमंत्री से मिलकर सहयोग लेने-देने की बात कर रहे हैं और उन्हें मोहल्ला क्लीनिक दिखाने का निमंत्रण दे रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि असल में देश की राजधानी में अब नगर निगम की पटरियों पर छोटे-छोटे मोहल्ला क्लीनिक खोलने की नौबत आ गई है, इससे बड़ी केजरीवाल सरकार की विफलता और क्या होगी। उन्होंने केजरीवाल पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि वह खुद तो अपना इलाज कराने बेंगलूर जाते हैं और गरीबों को मोहल्ला क्लीनिक में जाकर इलाज कराने के लिए कहते हैं, क्योंकि दिल्ली सरकार के अस्पतालों का बुरा हाल है और एक भी नया अस्पताल सरकार ने नहीं खोला है।
गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल ने 5 साल तक तो कोई काम नहीं किया और अब जब चुनाव सिर पर हैं, तो वह आनन-फानन में सीसीटीवी लगाने, मोहल्ला क्लीनिक के लिए जगह ढूंढने, चंद्रावल में वॉटर ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट शुरू करने और कच्ची कॉलोनियों में काम कराने की बात कह रहे हैं। गोयल ने मुख्यमंत्री से हेल्थ और पल्यूशन को लेकर अपनी सरकार का रिपोर्ट कार्ड पेश करने की मांग भी की।

नई दिल्ली : दक्षिण-पूर्वी दिल्ली के जैतपुर स्थित एनटीपीसी खेल ग्राउंड में शनिवार की सुबह राज्यसभा सांसद एवं पूर्व प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने सैर पर लोगों के साथ विस्तार से चर्चा की।
गोयल ने सभा में अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों पर अपना दृष्टिकोण रखते हुए कहा कि केंद्र और दिल्ली में एक ही पार्टी की सरकार होगी तो कॉलोनियों को नियमित करने में आसानी होगी।
इस दौरान क्षेत्र के लोगों ने बदरपुर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में ओ-जोन का मुद्दा जोर-शोर के साथ उठाया और इसका हल निकालने की उनसे गुहार की। इस मौके पर पूर्व जिलाध्यक्ष बलराम बिंदल सहित क्षेत्र के सैकड़ों लोग मौजूद रहे।

Mohalla Clinics and expose the tall claims of CM Kejriwal being made on Mohalla Clinics.
Goel was speaking in a meeting with the people in Janakpuri under his "Park Chalo" initiative. The initiative is underway for the past fifteen days in some or another park in
Delhi.
Goel said that for the past four years Kejriwal had been blaming and cursing the Prime
Minister for his own failures, to the extent that Kejriwal said Modi would get him killed, and
today he pretends to work with the Centre amicably and wants to show the PM his Mohalla
Clinics. What could be worse than that the time has come to such a pass that the Delhi
government is compelled to open Mohalla Clinics in one or another street? Kejriwal gets
himself treated in Bangalore and wants the people of Delhi to seek treatment in Mohalla
Clinics because the government hospitals in Delhi are in shambles and he has failed to open
any new hospital.
Goel asked the Kejriwal government to present the report card on pollution and healthcare.
Today Delhi is the most polluted city in the world. The Delhi government is not interested in
cleaning the Yamuna and addressing the pollution issues because of which the people of
Delhi are facing a host of health issues.
For the past 15 days, Goel had been meeting the people of Delhi in parks to share how the
capital city is being ruined by the Kejriwal government. And since the elections are getting
close now, today he would seek new places to open Mohalla Clinics, install CCTVs, and
launch Chandrawal treatment plant, or initiate the development works in unauthorized
colonies.
Goel said to the people that since the Kejriwal government has woken up now, it shows the
government had been sleeping till now. Citizens need to be alert that the public money
would be misused to serve Kejriwal's political interest. It would serve better if the Delhi
government takes decision thoughtfully, and not out of haste.

New Delhi, June 19, 2019: Attacking Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia over his offer to help Bihar today, BJP leader and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel said that Sisodia should stop indulging in theatrics and refrain from politicizing the deaths of kids in Bihar.
Goel said it would have served Sisodia better had he first looked at the conditions of the government hospitals in Delhi. The conditions have come to such a pass that patients are lying on floors in corridors because there is an acute shortage of beds. By the Delhi government’s own admission, Mohalla Clinics are highly inadequate in numbers to even cater to the needs of Delhiites. The few they have setup suffer from the unavailability of essential medicines and other facilities. The electoral promises of CM Arvind Kejriwal of hiring thousands of doctors, paramedical staff, and opening new hospitals remain unfulfilled even after four and a half years.
Goel said that lakhs of poor people across India have been benefitted by Ayushman Bharat, but the Kejriwal government deliberately stalled its implementation in Delhi fearing the scheme would benefit the BJP and further increase the popularity of Modi. The people of Delhi are being made to suffer because of the narrow political interests of Kejriwal.

Senior Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Vijay Goel appealed to the people of Delhi to protest against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on issues of water and electricity.
Addressing the gathering of the Co-operative Housing Society Federation in Indraprastha Extension of Patparganj, Goel said that people should come out in open against the water shortage and increase in fixed charges in electricity bills.
Goel said that he would mobilize all group housing societies to solve all their problems. “The Kejriwal Government has not done any work on pollution and Yamuna in Delhi and, he must not be forgiven. No new school, hospital or college has opened in Delhi,” he said.

आरडब्ल्यूए ज्वाइंट फ्रंट के बीएस वोहरा व ऊर्जा संस्था के महासचिव सौरभ गांधी, बिजली क्षेत्र में काम करने वाली चेतना संस्था के सदस्य अनिल सूद के साथ संयुक्त संवाददाता सम्मेलन में विजय गोयल मीडिया से मुखातिब हुए। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अब तक यह कहते थे कि बिजली के दाम हाफ-पानी माफ, लेकिन ना पानी मिल रहा है और ना बिजली के बढ़े हुए फिक्स चार्ज के बाद बिजली सस्ती है। खुद केजरीवाल ने एक चार्ट जारी किया, जिसमें शीला दीक्षित सरकार और अपनी सरकार की तुलना की है। यह दिखाया गया है कि कांग्रेस सरकार होती तो हर तीन साल में 73 प्रतिशत दाम बढ़ते, जबकि सच्चाई इससे अलग है। बिजली बिल में 30 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ोतरी हो गई है।
फिक्स चार्ज की बढ़ोतरी से जनता से वसूला गया 7000 करोड़ रुपया जनता को वापस किया जाए। दिल्ली इलेक्ट्रिसिटी रेग्यूलेटरी कॉरपोरेशन (डीईआरसी) आम आदमी पार्टी की कठपुतली की तरह काम कर रहा है।
