उदयपुर किरण- दिल्ली सरकार को राजधानी में बढ़ते प्रदूषण की चिंता नहीं: विजय गोयल
पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री एवं राज्यसभा सांसद विजय गोयल ने बुधवार को “पार्क चलो अभियान” के तहत वंसुधरा एन्केवल के डीडीए पार्क में आए हुए लोगों के साथ दिल्ली की चिंता को लेकर संवाद किया. उन्होंने सैर करने आए लोगों से दिल्ली में बढ़ते प्रदूषण की चिंता जाहिर करते हुए कहा कि आपकी डीजल की गाड़ियां, पेड़ नहीं लगने, कूड़ों के ढेर और यमुना गंदी होने से दिल्ली में लगातार प्रदूषण बढ़ रहा है. लेकिन केजरीवाल सरकार को इसकी कोई चिंता नहीं है. वह आराम से सो रही है.
गोयल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल केवल दिल्ली वासियों को मुफ्त में रेवड़ियां बांट रहे हैं. वे समझते हैं कि आखिरी के छह महीनों में कुछ काम कर लेंगे और जनता का वोट हासिल कर लेंगे, क्योंकि केजरीवाल शहरवासियों को मुर्ख समझते हैं. उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले साढ़े चार साल में केजरीवाल के राजधानी के विकास के लिए कोई काम नहीं किया. जो काम आप की सरकार ने नहीं किए, वे अब विज्ञापनों के माध्यम से दिखाई पड़ा रहा है.
गोयल ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी दिल्ली के लाल किले की प्राचीर से झाडू लेकर इसलिए खड़े हो गए, क्योंकि पूरा देश और देश की राजधानी बहुत गंदी थी. आखिरकार अकेला मोदी क्या-क्या काम कर लेगा. जब तक हम लोग कुछ काम खुद से नहीं करेंगे, तब तक इस देश का कुछ होने वाला नहीं है. उन्होंने कहा कि राजधानी दिल्ली ऐसी साफ-सुथारी होने चाहिए कि जब कोई विदेशी महेमान यहां आए और देखकर बोले की भारत की राजधानी कितनी साफ-सुथारी है. यही सपना हमारे प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का है.
The Hindu- Redress issues in housing societies, L-G urged
A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) delegation called on Lieutenant-Governor Anil Baijal here on Wednesday urging him for “immediate redressal” of issues being faced by residents of the Group Housing Societies.
There are an estimated 1,200 societies in the Capital housing over 10 lakh residents. Arguing that societies such as these were in “urgent need of redevelopment”, the delegation, which consisted of BJP Rajya Sabha MP Vijay Goel and West Delhi MP Parvesh Verma, announced that they would soon hold a “Mahasammelan” for Group Housing Societies.
The delegation submitted a memorandum to the Lieutenant-Governor to address the issues immediately.
In a statement, Mr. Goel said that the development of Group Housing Societies in the city had begun in 1980 and its condition had become “deplorable” in the last forty years.
‘Houses in shambles’
“These societies are in urgent need of redevelopment and it can be done as per the Master Plan of Delhi-2021. But strong decisions are expected from the government so that these colonies do not face issues of parking, community services, and other basic amenities post-redevelopment. Today lakhs of houses are in shambles,” the statement said further.
Meanwhile, Mr. Goel announced that Delhi’s “first Mahasammelan for Group Housing Societies” would be held at the Talkatora Stadium on Sunday. Besides addressing the “host of issues” facing the Group Housing Societies in Delhi, the Mahasammelan would also feature an open discussion on the Union Budget 2019.
L-G to hold meetings
The statement said, following the meeting with Mr. Baijal, it had been decided that the L-G would hold meetings with the MPs and office-bearers of the Federations of the Group Housing Societies.
“The societies demand separate water connections to the flats instead of single connection to the entire society. Besides, the issue of appointment of auditors by the Registrar of the Group Housing Societies too should be addressed,” Mr. Goel said.
“This is for the first time such an event shall be held post-independence. The Mahasammelan would also feature the discussion on the failures of the Kejriwal government on several fronts, including pollution, electricity, water, traffic jams and healthcare,” Mr. Goel added.

New Delhi, Jul 10 Senior BJP leader Vijay Goel will hold a mega convention on Sunday to discuss issues faced by residents of group housing societies in the city.Goel said Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will be the chief guest at the event, where she will speak about the Union Budget presented in Parliament recently.
"Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will highlight the achievements of the budget at the event to be held at Talkatora stadium on July 14," Goel said in a statement.
An open discussion on various issues faced by the residents of group housing societies will be the main focus of the event, he said.
Goel, along with BJP MP Pravesh Verma, called upon Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal on Wednesday and submitted a memorandum regarding the problems faced by the residents.
"These societies are in urgent need of redevelopment. These societies can be redeveloped as per the master plan of Delhi-2021," he said.

गोयल के घर के बाहर जो होर्डिंग लगा है उसमें लिखा है कि छोड़ो सबका हाथ लो भाजपा का साथ जल्दी दो मिस कॉल मेम्बर बनो इस साल। इस संदेश के जरिए बीजेपी किसका हाथ छोड़ने के लिए लोगों को प्रेरित कर रही है ये कोई छिपी बात नहीं।

चांदनी चौक के चावड़ी बाजार स्थित हौज काजी में हुई हिंसा की घटना को लेकर लगातार राजनीति हो रही है। बुधवार को पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री और चांदनी चौक से दो बार सांसद रहे विजय गोयल ने हिंसा के पीछे आम आदमी पार्टी के लोगों का हाथ होने का आरोप लगाया था। अब, गुरुवार को बीजेपी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष और राज्यसभा सांसद गोयल और प्रतिनिधिमंडल ने इस मामले में दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से मुलाकात की।
गोयल ने कहा कि हमने हौज काजी में हुई हिंसा की घटना की शिकायत दर्ज कराई है और एक सीडी कमिश्नर को सौंपी है। इस सीडी में देखा जा सकता है कि दिल्ली के मंत्री और आप नेता इमरान हुसैन ने किस तरह पार्किंग के विवाद को सांप्रदायिक तनाव का मोड़ दे दिया।
इससे पहले बुधवार को गोयल ने कहा था कि मुझे दुख है कि इलाके के कुछ लोगों ने हमारी आराध्य देवी मां दुर्गा के मंदिर में तोड़फोड़ की, लेकिन इससे ज्यादा दुख इस बात का है कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल अपनी वोट बैंक की राजनीति के चलते चुप बैठे रहे। उन्होंने भी लोगों से शांति और सद्भाव बनाए रखने की अपील की। गोयल ने कहा कि दोनों समुदायों के लोगों ने उन्हें विश्वास दिलाया है कि वे अमन-शांति से रहेंगे।
आपको बता दें कि एक स्कूटर को खड़ा करने को लेकर हुए विवाद और एक मंदिर में तोड़फोड़ के बाद चावड़ी बाजार इलाके में तनाव व्याप्त हो गया था। ऐसी खबरें आई थीं कि संघर्ष के समय इलाके में मंत्री मौजूद थे। इस पर प्रतिक्रिया देते हुए आप विधायक ने कहा कि पुलिस ने उन्हें मौके पर बुलाया था क्योंकि यह इलाका उनके विधानसभा क्षेत्र में आता है।

नई दिल्ली: राज्यसभा सांसद विजय गोयल, नार्थ-वेस्ट दिल्ली लोकसभा सीट से सांसद हंस राज हंस और मजिन्दर सिंह सिरसा गुरुवार को दिल्ली पुलिस कमिश्नर से मिले. इन नेताओं ने हौज काज़ी इलाके में हुए हंगामे के मामले में आप मंत्री इमरान हुसैन के खिलाफ शिकायत सौंपी. शिकायत के साथ एक सीडी भी सौंपी गई, जिसमें इमरान हुसैन की भूमिका पर सवाल खड़े किए गए हैं. विजय गोयल ने कहा कि इमरान हुसैन ने हौज़ काजी इलाके में शांति और साप्रदायिक सौहाद्र बिगाड़ने की कोशिश की है. वहां भीड़ इक्कठा कर हंगामा किया, जिसको लेकर उनके खिलाफ एफआईआर दर्ज होनी चाहिए. वहीं मजिन्दर सिंह सिरसा ने केजरीवाल पर हमला करते हुए कहा कि इस मामले में केजरीवाल ने सिर्फ एक विशेष धर्म के लोगों का साथ दिया, उनके खिलाफ भी कार्रवाई होनी चहिए.
दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में मंदिर हमले की निगरानी जांच के लिए याचिका
इससे पहले दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट में बुधवार को एक याचिका दायर की गई, जिसमें पुरानी दिल्ली में सांप्रदायिक संघर्ष के दौरान एक हिंदू मंदिर पर हमले की अदालत की निगरानी में जांच की मांग की गई है. यह याचिका वकील अलख आलोक श्रीवास्तव द्वारा दायर की गई. इसमें अदालत से हौज काजी क्षेत्र में लाल कुआं के एक पुराने दुर्गा मंदिर पर हमले के पीछे की 'साजिश' की जांच करने के लिए विशेष जांच दल (एसआईटी) के गठन व इस जांच की निगरानी अदालत द्वारा किए जाने की मांग की गई है.
वकील ने पुलिस अधिकारियों के खिलाफ विभागीय कार्रवाई की भी मांग की है, जो इस घटना को रोकने में विफल रहे. याचिका में कहा गया है, "हिंदू मंदिर पर लगभग 200 लोगों की भीड़ द्वारा किया गया बर्बर हमला स्पष्ट रूप से दिखाता है कि हमलावरों को पुलिस और कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों का कोई डर नहीं था और इस प्रकार संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों के खिलाफ उपयुक्त विभागीय कार्रवाई की आवश्यकता है."
श्रीवास्तव ने यह भी आरोप लगाया कि इस घटना के पीछे 'गहरी साजिश' लग रही और उन्होंने कहा कि भविष्य में इस तरह के हमलों को रोकने के लिए उचित दिशानिर्देश तैयार किए जाने चाहिए. हौज काजी में वाहनों की पार्किंग को लेकर रविवार को देर रात तक हंगामा हुआ और जल्दी ही सांप्रदायिक तनाव में बदल गया. इसकी वजह से अधिकारियों को पुलिस व अर्धसैनिक बलों की एक बड़ी टुकड़ी को तैनात करने को बाध्य होना पड़ा. इलाके से लोकसभा सांसद व केंद्रीय मंत्री हर्षवर्धन ने भी मंदिर पर हमले की निंदा की है.

A video footage of Hauz Qazi incident where Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) Minister Imran Hussain was seen provoking the mob to vandalise a temple in Old Delhi's Chawri Bazar has been submitted to the commissioner of Delhi Police, said former union minister Vijay Goel on Thursday.
"Imran Hussain turned a minor tussle over a parking issue in the area, into a big communal violence issue. We have submitted a CD where it can be clearly seen how Imran Hussain provoked the crowd at Hauz Qazi to vandalize the temple. We have also filed a complaint against him to the Delhi police commissioner," Goel said.
"Neither Imran Hussain nor Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was seen decrying the incident, they would have done something in order to control the situation, but none of them spoke a word regarding this incident. Commissioner of police has assured us to look into this matter and arrest all the accused," he added.
Nine people have been arrested in connection with the vandalisation of a temple here in Hauz Qazi area of Central Delhi, said Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central) Mandeep Singh Randhawa on Wednesday.
"We have arrested a total of nine people in connection with the vandalisation of a temple in Hauz Qazi area. Four adults and four juveniles have been arrested while the age of the ninth accused is being verified. We are also looking at the CCTV footage from all the cameras installed in the area," the DCP told reporters here.
Earlier on Sunday night, a mob had a vandalised a temple in Hauz Qazi area of Delhi after an altercation over a parking issue.

New Delhi, July 5, 2019: Rajya Sabha MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel thanked Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi and Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman on pension scheme for shopkeeper and said that the trading community has heartily welcomed the announcement. Finance Minister announced in her speech today that under the new scheme Pradhan Mantri Karam Yogi Maandhan, the Centre would provide pension benefits to traders and small shopkeepers. About 3 crore shopkeepers would benefit from the scheme. The enrolment into the scheme has also been kept simple for the convenience of traders: only a bank account and Aadhar would be required, rest would be on self-declaration.
Goel said that the trading community is enthusiastic about the new pension scheme. A mega convention “Rashtriya Vyapari Mahasammelan” was organized at Talkatora stadium on 14th April 2019, where Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi had assured the traders to initiate a pension scheme for traders after coming to power again.
Goel said that the sound economic policy of the Modi government has turned India’s into $2.7 trillion economy from $1.8 trillion five years ago. In the mere five-year duration, India has become 6th largest economy in the world from the 11th position earlier.
Goel also welcomed achievements and announcements made in the budget today, such as investment of Rs 100 lakh crore in infrastructure in next five years, loans of up to Rs 1 lakh to women, a new education policy, expansion of Khelo India scheme, water to every household, a new law on house rent and others. He said the initiative of turning 17 iconic tourist sites into the world-class destinations would generate new employment opportunities.

New Delhi, July 4, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel demanded the probe into the role of Delhi Minister Imran Hussain in Chandni Chowk temple desecration.
Goel said that the information received from several videos and local people reveal how a parking incident was escalated to communal tension by Delhi Minister Imran Hussain.
Vijay Goel, MP Parvesh Verma, MP Hansraj Hans and Standing Committee Chairman Jai Prakash would meet Delhi Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik over the communal flare-up in the old city and would file a complaint against Imran Hussain for provoking the mob that led to the stone-pelting at the century-old Durga Mata Mandir.
Goel, who has twice been the Lok Sabha MP from Chandni Chowk, said that the only person responsible for turning a parking fight into communal tension is Minister Imran Hussain of the Kejriwal government. Goel said that the police had refuted the claim of Imran Hussain that he was called by the DCP and SHO to come to the police station. Both the officers have clearly denied that neither of them had asked him to come.
Goel asked the police to probe whether the incident was a conspiracy to flare communal passion for narrow political interests because it is in public domain that Imran had gathered the mob at the Hauz Qazi police station and only then the stone-pelting at Durga Mata temple began. The situation would have not come to such a pass had this not happened in the first place.
Goel questioned the need for making a false claim. What was Hussain’s objective behind arriving at the spot? When the anti-national slogans were raised up in the JNU in the presence of President Kanhaiya, the action was taken against the people involved. Similarly, if Delhi Minister is found provoking the mob openly then action must be taken against him as well.
Goel said that the Aam Aadmi Party had been vitiating the communal atmosphere in Delhi; six examples in this regard are mentioned below.
Goel said that since Imran Hussain has not filed the complaint against him and MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa, the police must probe all the aspects and facts thoroughly.

October 2015: Aam Aadmi Party MLA Aseem Ahmed Khan was sacked from the party, after he was found seeking bribe of Rs 6 lakh from a builder, but today he is the president of Delhi State Haj Committee.
March 2016: Arvind Kejriwal himself supported the Tukde-Tukde Gang which raised anti-India slogans in the JNU. The Kejriwal government refused to give permission to Delhi police to file a chargesheet against the gang involved in the sedition case.
July 2016: The criminal arrested in the Malerkotla Quran sacrilege incident accused Aam Aadmi Party MLA Naresh Yadav of paying him Rs 1 crore to hatch the conspiracy in order to create tension between two communities.
February 2018: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had remained silent for a long time in the Ankit Saxena murder case. After a long period of one and a half years, kins of Saxena received the compensation only at the time when the Kejriwal government decided to send assistance to the family of Tabrez Ansari in Jharkhand. This was done to secure the vote bank.
January 2019: In the run-up to Lok Sabha polls in Delhi, the Kejriwal government hiked the salaries of Imams of Delhi Waqf board from Rs 10,000/month to Rs 18,000/month in order to seek support from a specific section of society.
May 2019: CM Kejriwal even chose to remain silent in the Dhruv Tyagi murder case; only when the adverse media reports came out in public, the Tyagi family received compensation.

हौज काजी बवाल के बाद पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने बुधवार को दिल्ली सरकार को देश में सबसे सांप्रदायिक सरकार करार दिया। गोयल ने कहा कि मंगलवार को वे वहां पहुंचे तो काफी लोगों से घटना की जानकारी लेने का प्रयास किया था। लोगों ने बताया कि पार्किंग को लेकर हुए मामूली झगड़ने को सांप्रदायिक रूप देने में मंत्री इमरान हुसैन की मुख्य भूमिका रही।
गोयल ने कहा कि यह घटना इमरान हुसैन की भूमिका पर कई प्रश्न खड़े कर रही है, लेकिन वोट बैंक की राजनीति के कारण अरविंद केजरीवाल ने अब तक इस पर चुप्पी साधी हुई है। गोयल ने कहा कि यह पहली बार नहीं है कि केजरीवाल सरकार और उनके नेता निहित स्वार्थ के लिए तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति को बढ़ावा देकर जनता को भड़का रहे हों।
दिल्ली में लोकसभा चुनाव के पूर्व भी केजरीवाल सरकार ने विशेष वर्ग का वोट पाने के लिए वक्फ बोर्ड के इमामों के प्रतिमाह भुगतान में 8 हजार रुपये की बढ़ोत्तरी की थी। गोयल ने दिल्ली पुलिस से इमरान हुसैन की भूमिका की जांच कर जल्द सख्त करवाई की मांग की है।
