ABP News- BJP will form govt with majority: Vijay Goel
Senior BJP leader Vijay Goel on Saturday said his party will win a "clear majority" and form the next government in the city. He also said the city has endless issues to deal with, like pollution, contaminated water, broken roads, resettlement colonies, cleaning the Yamuna, the problem of car parking, etc, which need to be resolved.
Over 1.4 crore people, who are eligible to vote in the Delhi Assembly election, will choose 70 MLAs today. Out of the total number of eligible voters — 1,47,86,382, there are 81,05,236 male voters and 66,80,277 female voters. Besides this, there are 869 third gender voters.
As many as 13,571 polling stations have been created at 2,688 locations across the city. Out of these, 3,141 are critical polling stations and 144 are vulnerable polling stations.

नई दिल्ली|| सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने आज भाजपा के सदर से प्रत्याशी जय प्रकाश के साथ बैलगाड़ी पर सैंकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ यात्रा निकाली. गोयल का कहना था कि वह ये सन्देश देना चाहते हैं कि केजरीवाल सरकार के पांच सालों में दिल्ली बैलगाड़ी के युग में पहुंच गई। गोयल के साथ मौजूद कार्यकर्ताओं के हाथों में तख्तियां थी “दिल्ली को बैलगाड़ी युग में ले गई केजरीवाल सरकार’, ‘केजरीवाल ने बनाया दिल्ली को स्लम, जनता को नहीं कोई भ्रम”, “केजरीवाल की सरकार की रफ़्तार बैलगाड़ी से भी धीमी।” गोयल का कहना था कि विकास के नाम पर कुछ नहीं हुआ और केंद्र सरकार की लाभकारी योजनाएं जैसे आयुष्मान भारत, पीएम-आवास, ‘जहां झुग्गी-वहीँ मकान’, किसान सम्मान निधि आदि भी लागू नहीं होने दी।
गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली अब बैलगाड़ी युग में पंहुचा दी है. पिछले पाँच सालों में दिल्ली और प्रदूषित हो गई, यमुना जहरीली हो गई, स्लम और अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में विकास नहीं हुआ. स्कूलों से 4 लाख बच्चों निकल गए और 2.5 लाख बच्चों को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया गया। मोहल्ला क्लिनिक की हालत भी बद्तर है, मलबा पड़ा रहता है और जगह-जगह यह क्लिनिक टूटे पड़े हैं। गोयल ने बताया कि दिल्ली में पाँच सालों में एक भी स्कूल, कॉलेज और अस्पताल भी नहीं बना. बच्चे अब भी टाट पर बैठ कर पढ़ रहे हैं। गोयल ने कहा कि जब पानी सर के ऊपर से निकल गया तब केंद्र सरकार को बीच में आना पड़ा और 50 लाख अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को मालिकाना हक़ दिया और “जहाँ झुग्गी, वहीँ मकान” लागू की है।
केजरीवाल सरकार पर वार करते हुए गोयल ने कहा कि रोज़ आम आदमी पार्टी के खिलाफ नए-नए खुलासे हो रहे हैं। अभी दो दिन पहले ही पता चला कि शाहीन बाग़ में गोली चलाने वाला युवक आम आदमी पार्टी का ही सदस्य है। अब एनफोर्समेंट डायरेक्टरेट की जांच में पता चला है कि ‘आप’ के विधायकों और नेताओं के इस्लामिक संगठन पीएफआई से तार जुड़े हुए हैं। केजरीवाल के विधायक अमानतुल्लाह खान के खिलाफ शाहीन बाग़ में हिंसा फैलाने और भड़काऊ भाषण देने पर एफआईआर दर्ज हुई थी। गोयल ने कहा कि की दिल्ली में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले हिंसा भड़काने की यह बहुत सोची-समझी साजिश है। एक तरफ गोली चलवा कर मुसलामानों को डरा कर वोट-बैंक हड़पने की ओछी राजनीति कर रहे हैं और दूसरी तरफ हिन्दुओं को बदनाम करने की साजिश कर रहे हैं। गोयल ने कहा कि चुनावों में भाजपा ही भारी मत से विजयी होगी।

The manifesto was released by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday.
Mr Goel said the manifesto copies were burnt in protest against Mr Kejriwal for "misleading and deceiving" the people of Delhi.
"Repetition of 2015 and 2013 promises in the AAP's 2020 manifesto reflects that nothing happened in the last five years," he alleged.
Mr Kejriwal promised free water up to 20,000 litres for every household but in view of "poor quality", people are spending more money on water purifiers, Mr Goel said.
The Rajya Sabha MP said the BJP would win the assembly election with a huge margin. Ms Ganguly slammed the AAP government, claiming that Delhi's condition has become "deplorable" in the last five years.
The election in Delhi is on Saturday; results will be out on February 11.

New Delhi: Senior BJP leader and Rajya Sabha member Vijay Goel on Wednesday burnt the manifesto of the Aam Aadmi Party calling it a bundle of lies.
Goel said, “We have burnt his manifesto to expose Kejriwal who has misled the people of Delhi for the past five years. In this manifesto, Kejriwal has repeated the promises the party had made in its 2015 manifesto. They have failed to deliver on their promises… For the first four-and-a-half-years they kept saying that the Modi government at the Centre has not let them work. Now suddenly they claim that they have done a lot of work and seeking public support. This manifesto is nothing but a bundle of lies.”
Goel was accompanied by BJP’s Rajya Sabha member Roopa Ganguly and party workers.
From cleaning Yamuna to curbing air pollution to improving transport, he alleged that the AAP government in Delhi has nothing.
In March 2019, just before the Lok Sabha elections, Goel had burnt AAP’s manifesto and a symbolic tower of AAP’s “failed” promises.

New Delhi, 6 February, 2020: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel along with Jai Prakash and hundreds of party-workers rode a bullock cart to signify that Kejriwal took Delhi back to bullock-cart age. Party-workers present with Goel were holding placards of "Dilli ko bailgaadi yug mein le gai Kejriwal sarkaar", "Kejriwal ne banaya Dilli ko slum, janta ko nahin koi bhram", "kejriwal ki sarkaar ki raftaar bailgaadi se bhi dheemi".
Goel said that in last five years Kejriwal converted Delhi into a slum. Nothing happened in name of development except for advertisements. Beneficial central government schemes like 'Aayushmaan Bharat', PM-AWAS, "jahan Jhuggi, wahin makaan' were not implemented in Delhi.
Goel said that when situation got worst then Central government had to intervene and give ownership rights to residents of unauthorised colonies and implemented "jahan jhuggi wahin makaan" through DDA.
Attacking Kejriwal, Goel said that everyday Aam Aadmi Party has been exposed of late. A few days back it was revealed by Delhi police that Shaheen Bagh shooter is a member of AAP. Now, Enforcement Directorate has revealed that there is a connection between Islamic organisation PFI and AAP's MLAs and leaders. An FIR was also registered against AAP's Amanatullah Khan for delivering communally charged speech and inciting violence.
Goel said that it is a well thought conspiracy to incite riots and violence just before Delhi elections. On one side, Muslims are being scared in cheap political stunt by sending shooters and on the other hand, there is a conspiracy to demonise Hindus.
Goel said that BJP will register a win by huge margin in Delhi elections.

नई दिल्ली, 5 फरवरी, 2020 : सांसद और पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने आज जंतर-मंतर पर सैंकड़ो कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ आम आदमी पार्टी का 2020 विधानसभा चुनाव का घोषणा-पत्र जलाया और इसे झूठों का पुलिंदा करार दिया। गोयल के साथ राजयसभा से सांसद रूपा गांगुली भी मौजूद थी। गोयल के साथ मौजूद कार्यकर्ता नारे लगा रहे थे "दिल्ली के बदतर हाल की जिम्मेदार, केजरीवाल सरकार"; “जनता मांगे इन्साफ, प्रदूषण मुक्त दिल्ली और पानी साफ़", "आप का घोषणा पत्र, झूठ का पुलिंदा"।
गोयल ने कहा कि वह जंतर-मंतर में 'आप' का पर्दाफाश करने आए हैं की किस तरह से केजरीवाल सरकार दिल्ली की जनता को गुमराह कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि 'आप' ने अपने 2015 के घोषणापत्र के वादे फिर से 2020 के घोषणापत्र में दोहराए हैं। 70 वादों में से एक भी पूरा नहीं किया। दोनों घोषणापत्र एक ही जैसे हैं। गोयल का कहना था कि केजरीवाल सरकार ने पिछले पांच साल काम नहीं किया इसका सबसे बड़ा सबूत यही है कि इनके 2015 और 2020 का घोषणापत्र एक जैसा ही है।
गोयल ने केजरीवाल को प्रदूषण पर आड़े हाथों लेते हुए कहा कि पिछले पांच सालों में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी कह दिया की दिल्ली नरक बन गई और दिल्ली पर बम फोड़ दो। प्रदूषण पर कुछ नहीं किया, यमुना साफ़ नहीं की फिर दिल्ली भर में कहा 20000 लीटर पानी फ्री पी कर दिया। यह पानी फ्री कहाँ है जब लोगों को आर.ओ खरीद कर पानी पीना पड़ रहा है। ना एक स्कूल बना, ना एक भी हॉस्पिटल ना ही कॉलेज. गोयल ने केजरीवाल को चुनौती दी कि वह जनता को बता दें अगर 2015 का एक भी वादा पूरा किया हो तो।
केजरीवाल के गारंटी कार्ड पर गोयल ने सवाल किया कि केजरीवाल की गारंटी कौन देगा? केजरीवाल कहा करते थे सुरक्षा, गाड़ी-बांग्ला नहीं लेंगे पर सब ले लिया।
गोयल का कहना था कि जब केजरीवाल ने कुछ नहीं किया तो वोट बैंक के लिए अब हिंसा का सहारा लेना पड़ रहा है। कपिल बैंसला जिसने शाहीन बाग़ में गोली चलायी उनको एक साल पहले आतिशी और संजय सिंह ने टोपी पहना कर 'आप' की सदस्यता दी। इससे एक तरफ वो मुस्लिमों को डराना चाहते थे और दूसरी तरफ हिन्दुओं को बदनाम ताकि मुस्लिम वोट बैंक उनको मिल जाए और इसका दोष हिन्दुओं पर डाल दिया जाए।
गोयल ने दावा किया कि भाजपा बहुमत से ही जीतेगी.
रूपा गांगुली ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार कि हालत इतनी खराब है की अब वह हिन्दू-मुस्लिम की राजनीति पर उतर आयी है। उन्होंने कहा यह लोगों को सिर्फ भ्रमित कर रहे हैं और दिल्ली के लोगों को ठग रहे हैं । केजरीवाल ने दिल्ली की सुरक्षा के साथ खिलवाड़ किया है और अपने लोगों को भेज कर दंगे करवाने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं।

New Delhi will go to polls in a single-phase on February 8 and the counting of votes will take place on February 11. The last day of filing nominations for the candidates was on January 21. The BJP has fielded Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha president Sunil Yadav against Delhi CM Kejriwal from New Delhi constituency, and the Congress has pitted former NSUI Delhi president Ramesh Sabharwal against him. BJP is trying to make advances in the upcoming Assembly elections after the 2015 debacle where it won only 3 seats. During the 2015 elections, AAP won 67 seats out of the 70-seat Assembly.

नई दिल्ली, 4 फरवरी, 2020 : सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने केजरीवाल के हनुमान चालीसा गाने पर गोयल ने कहा कि हालात यह हो गए हैं कि केजरीवाल को टीवी में हनुमान चालीसा पढ़नी पड़ रही है. उन्होंने सवाल किया कि जब लंका जल गई तब हनुमान चालीसा पढ़ने का क्या फायदा? गोयल ने कहा कि की जब टुकड़े-टुकड़े गैंग के साथ केजरीवाल मिल गए, शाहीन बाग़ के समर्थन में खड़े हो गए, खालिस्तानियों के समर्थकों के घर जाते हैं, बाटला हाउस के आतंकियों के साथ खड़े होते हैं, और सर्जिकल स्ट्राइक के सबूत मांगे जिसे पाकिस्तानी चैनलों ने अपने यहाँ चलाया भी, इससे केजरीवाल का चरित्र और छवि दोनों खराब हो गई. अब हनुमान चालीसा गानी पड़ रही है. गोयल ने केजरीवाल को सलाह दी की वह पहले खुद देशभक्ति सीखें, फिर पाठ्यक्रम लागू करने का सोचें.
गोयल ने कहा केजरीवाल सिर्फ एक-तरफ़ा बात करते हैं और एक समुदाय-विशेष को खुश कर वोट जीतने की कोशिश कर रहे हैं. खुद आम आदमी पार्टी रोज तैयार और प्लानिंग कर रही है कि दिल्ली में दंगे हो जाएं और आरोप भाजपा पर लगा रही है. गोयल ने सवाल किया कि केजरीवाल इस तरह की ब्यानबाज़ी कर चुनाव को क्या दिशा देना चाह रहे हैं?
गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल हनुमान चालीसा गा कर यह सबूत देना चाहते हैं कि वह अपनी संस्कृति और सांस्कारों का ढोंग कर रहे हैं क्योंकि जनता कहने लगी है कि आप देशहित की बात नहीं करते और देश तोड़ना चाह रहे हैं. इसी वजह से जिस दिन से आम आदमी पार्टी बनी है, एक के बाद एक लोग छोड़ कर जा चुके हैं फिर वो चाहे प्रशांत भूषन हो, योगेंद्र यादव हो, कपिल मिश्रा या शज़िआ इल्मी हों.
गोयल ने कहा केजरीवाल ने इसी तरह पहले सिर्फ मोदी जी को गाली देने का काम किया और फिर माफियों की झड़ी लगा दी.

नई दिल्ली : \Bनिर्भया के दोषियों की फांसी टलने पर राज्यसभा सांसद विजय गोयल ने फिर एक बार मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल पर निशाना साधा है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार के वकील ने पहले कहा था कि कानून -व्यवस्था के मुताबिक दोषियों को फांसी की सजा नहीं दी जा सकती। अब निर्भया के माता – पिता भी यह मान रहे हैं कि दिल्ली सरकार की वजह से ही फांसी की सजा बार-बार टल रही है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि पहले भी दिल्ली सरकार केस में रोडा अटकाने का काम किया था।
उन्होंने अफसोस जताया कि 7 साल बाद भी निर्भया को इंसाफ नहीं मिला। इससे लोगों में गलत संदेश जा रहा है कि कितना भी गलत काम करा लो, आपका कुछ नहीं होगा। फांसी सिर्फ दोषी को सजा देने के लिए नहीं होती, बल्कि यह लोगों में एक संदेश भी देता है कि बुरे काम करने पर सजा भी होगी। मुख्यमंत्री महिला सुरक्षा पर राजनीति कर रहे हैं। पिछले पांच सालों में 15 लाख सीसीटीवी लगने थे, लेकिन नहीं लगे। बसों में महिला सुरक्षा के लिए बटन नदारद हैं। बसों में लगे जीपीएस चलता ही नहीं है और स्ट्रीट लाइट्स की संख्या पर्याप्त न होने से कई सड़कों पर अंधेरा है। इसके अलावा दिल्ली में 12 जो फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनने थे, वह भी नहीं बने।
