नई दिल्ली, 28 जनवरी, 2020 : सांसद और पूर्व दिल्लीभाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल आज पटपरगंज विधानसभा में महात्मा गाँधी कैंप की झुग्गियों, शशि गार्डन में रात्रिप्रवास कर लौटे. गोयल ने बताया कि कल शाम को उन्होनें पहले पदयात्रा की फिर झुग्गीमें खाना खाया और फिर झुग्गी के ही निवासी नन्हे सिंह के यहाँ रात्रि प्रवास किया.गोयल ने वहां की झुग्गियों की हालत देख कर वही के पटपरगंज से विधायक औरउपमुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया को चुनौती दी कि वह अपने क्षेत्र में उनके साथ चलेंऔर खुद ही हालत देख लें. रात 1 बजे तक गोयल वहां उनसे मिलने आए सैंकड़ों की संख्यामें  नौजवान, बच्चे और बुजुर्गों के साथ चाय पर चर्चा करतेरहे. गोयल ने बताया कि जो उन्हें लोगों से पता चला वो चौकानें वाला है.   झुग्गी क्षेत्र महात्मा गाँधी कैंप में अंदरजाते ही गोयल को महिलाओं की पानी भरने के लिए लम्बी-लम्बी लाइनें  दिखी. गोयल को देख कर महिलाओं ने कहा कि"देख लीजिये नेता जी,हमारे यहाँ पानीकी ये हालत है". गोयल ने बताया कि वह जितने भी लोगों से मिले सबने यही शिकायतकी कि सिसोदिया के विधानसभा क्षेत्र में पानी गन्दा आता है. लोगों ने इसके वीडियोतक बना रखे थे. गोयल ने सवाल किया कि जब सिसोदिया जी अपने ही क्षेत्र में पानीनहीं दे पा रहे तो बाकी दिल्ली का क्या हाल होगा?गोयल ने बताया कि झुग्गी में सीवर की भी समस्याहै. सीवर हमेशा भरे रहते हैं और काम नहीं करते. जिसके कारण लोगों को ख़ासा परेशानीउठानी पड़ती है. झुग्गी की गलियों में मोटी-मोटी तारें लटक रही हैं जिससे लोगों कीजान को खतरा है. गली में घुसने तक के लिए तारों के नीचे से झुक कर जाना पड़ता है.जिस झुग्गी में गोयल रुके थे, उसका भी यही हाल था. सारी सड़कें भी टूटी हुई हैं जिससेएक्सीडेंट का डर बना रहता है. गोयल से मिलने वाले बच्चों ने शिकायत की किउनके स्कूल में पढाई होती नहीं है, आधे से ज्यादा बच्चे जो सरकारी स्कूलों में फेल हो गए थेउन्हें दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया गया. वहां मौजूद लोगों ने शिकायत की कि सिसोदियाजी जिनका पटपरगंज विधानसभा क्षेत्र है वहां आते ही नहीं हैं और जब आते हैं तोसुनते नहीं, जब सुनते हैं तोकाम नहीं कराते. गोयल ने कहा कि शाहीन बाग़ दिल्ली की झुग्गियोंतक में मुद्दा बना हुआ है. जब लोगों से वहां लोगों से सवाल किया कि यहाँ क्योंशाहीन बाग़ मुद्दा बना है तो उनका कहना था कि अगर दिल्ली में सुरक्षा और शान्तिचाहिए तो शाहीन बाग़ एक जरुरी मुद्दा है. अभी कुछ दिन पहले ही गोयल ने कीर्ति नगर कीचूना भट्टी झुग्गी में भी रात्रि प्रवास कर एक सर्वे रिपोर्ट तैयार की थी. गोयल काकहना है कि ये एक आँख खोलने वाला अनुभव है और हर नेता को कम से कम एक रात झुग्गीमें बितानी चाहिए ताकि वह लोगों की समस्याओं को समझ पाएं.

New Delhi, January 27, 2020: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel again did night stay at Mahatma Gandhi camp, Shashi Garden in Patparganj vidhansabha area. Goel undertook a padyatra first and then did his night stay. Throughout the night, Goel interacted with slum dwellers. 
Afzal and Munna, residents of slum, told Goel that water supply is for two hours each in morning and evening. They stand in long queues to get water. They told Goel that they are receiving high electricity bills too and showed the bill to Goel. People expressed anger against Sisodia and said that he doesn't visit them. 
Goel was accompanied by Ravi Negi, BJP candidate from Patparganj vidhansabha, former mayor Bipin Bihar and hundreds of volunteers. Goel said that slum dwellers have a complaint that Kejriwal government did not do anything to address their grievances. It did not implement Ayushman Bharat through which they could have availed treatment worth Rs 5 lakh. Not was PM-AWAS yojana implemented. 
Goel said that slum dwellers feel that freebies will be discontinued after elections. Who will give Kejriwal's guarantee who sweared on his children and then formed an alliance with corrupt Congress and later engaged in corruption himself. 
Goel said that every politician should spend a day in slums to understand their problems. One the biggest problems of slum dwellers is erratic water supply and dirty water, sewer, and dug up roads. They have to stand in long queues just to use the toilet facilities. Slum dwellers told Goel that Sisodia despite being a minister and Dy CM did not do anything to improve their condition. 
Goel met large number of youth who told him how Modi ji's Skill India programme imparted them with vocational skills and that now they're looking for a job. Kejriwal had also promised to give them employment but he just employed volunteers of Aam Aadmi Party and not Aam Aadmi. 
Goel said that approximately 70% slum dwellers are satisfied with Modi ji's work and will vote for Modi only. They are angry at Congress and AAP for spreading hatred and violence in Delhi's Shaheen Bagh. 
Goel said that he will keep visiting slums and will hold small-small meetings to tell people that of BJP comes to power in Delhi, they will give them flats and free treatment worth Rs 5 lakh.

नयी दिल्ली, 26 जनवरी, 2020 : सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने कल पटपड़गंज विधानसभा क्षेत्र में आम आदमी पार्टी के झूठे दावों की पोल खोलने और वहां भाजपा के प्रत्याशी रवि नेगी के समर्थन में पदयात्रा निकालेंगे और फिर वहीँ पर शशि गार्डन के झुग्गी निवासी श्री नन्हे सिंह के यहाँ A-297 , शास्त्री मोहल्ला, मयूर विहार-I में कल रात्रि निवास करेंगे.

गोयल ने इससे कुछ दिन पहले ही चूना भट्टी झुग्गी, कीर्ति नगर में रात्रि निवास किया था. गोयल ने बताया की आम आदमी पार्टी ने झूठें दावों किए हैं और झुग्गियों में जाओ तो वहां की सच्चाई मालूम पड़ती है. ना तो पानी की सुविधा है, ना शौचालय की. गोयल ने चूना भट्टी झुग्गी में करीब 200 झुग्गियों का सर्वे किया था और उसकी रिपोर्ट भी तैयार की थी.

गोयल ने बताया कि चूना भट्टी झुग्गी वालों में डर था कि केजरीवाल मार्च के बाद मुफ्त योजनाएं बंद कर देंगे. जब उन्हें गोयल ने केजरीवाल के गारंटी कार्ड के बारे में बताया तो लोगों ने कहा कि केजरीवाल की गारंटी कौन देगा पर? वहां मौजूद महिलाओं ने कहा कि भैया दूज तो हर साल आती थी पर केजीरवाल को हमारी सुध चुनाव से 2 महीने पहले ही क्यों आयी?

गोयल ने कहा कि देशभर में पीएम आवास योजना के तहत 1 करोड़ से ज्यादा मकान लोगों को मिले हैं पर दिल्ली में एक भी नहीं मिला क्योंकि केजरीवाल को डर था कि इसमें प्रधानमंत्री का नाम जुड़ा है. अब केंद्र सरकार ने सरकारी और डीडीए की जमीन पर 'जहाँ झुग्गी, वहीँ मकान' योजना लागू की है. ऐसे ही केजरीवाल ने 5 लाख का मुफ्त इलाज देने वाली आयुष्मान भारत योजना दिल्ली में लागू नहीं की जिससे ना जाने कितने ही झुग्गीवासिओं का नुकसान हुआ.

गोयल ने कहा कि झुग्गियों में सीवर नहीं हैं, पतली-पतली गलियां हैं, शौचालय के लिए घंटों लाइन लगती हैं जिससे बच्चे स्कूल के लिए लेट होते हैं.

गोयल कल झुग्गी में जा कर लोगों से नागरिकता संशोधन क़ानून, धारा 370  और तीन तलाक़ पर चर्चा करेंगे और बच्चों से भी बात करेंगे. इसके साथ ही गोयल उनकी परेशानियां भी साझा करेंगे. चूना भट्टी में भी गोयल ने रात भर बैठ कर लोगों से बातचीत की थी. उनसे मिलने के लिए युवाओं और बुज़ुर्गों की भीड़ चली आयी थी.

आज गोयल ने शास्त्री नगर मेट्रो स्टेशन पर प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी कि ' मन की बात' सुनी और उसके बाद सदर बाज़ार से प्रत्याशी जय प्रकाश के समर्थन में 'तिरंगा यात्रा' में भी भाग लिया.

New Delhi, 25th January, 2020: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, called on Kejriwal on his remarks against Home Minister Amit Shah. Goel said that only Arvind Kejriwal is engaging in dirty politics on Delhi government schools. The truth is that Kejriwal himself has defamed school children of Delhi.Goel suggested Kejriwal to visit Delhi government school in Mustafabad to separate wheat from chaff. In single class, two separate sets of students are being taught. Students cannot even recite tables and the infrastructure is crumbling.Goel said that he had written a letter to Kejriwal on 10th January raising questions on Delhi’s education system. However, he has not received a reply from Kejriwal yet. Goel said that a lot of students cannot even recite ‘A for Apple’. Perhaps Kejriwal is not aware that only publicity will not improve the condition of schools. One has to work for it too.The condition of Delhi schools is such that—·       
-2.5 lakh students are out of formal education system because Kejriwal denied readmission to them;·       
-In 2018, 76000 class IX students failed class 9th.·       
-Only 30% of education budget has been spent so far.·     
-Students from EWS category are preferring private schools, a lot of EWS seats are vacant in Delhi government schools.·       
-Out of 900 schools, 595 principal seats are vacant.·       
-17000 teacher posts are vacant.·       
-Not even a single school has been opened in last five years.·       
-80-80 students are forced to study in a single classroom.·       
Not even a single minister or MLA from AAP does not send their children to Delhi government schools.Goel said that Kejriwal claims himself to be the elder son of Delhiites but has failed to fulfil the responsibility of an elder son. He has turned Delhi into a gas chamber, has lied about education and cannot claim even a single work done by his government. Situation is so bad that even Supreme Court remarked that “Dilli ko narak bana diya hai”

New Delhi, 24 January, 2020: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel claimed that there is anger brewing up against Kejriwal government amongst jhuggi-jhopdi residents. Goel spent last night at Keerti Nagar's Choona Bhatti Jhuggi's resident Manoj Paswan (Jhuggi No B9) and met hundreds of people. Goel was accompanied with volunteers who undertook a survey and prepared a report of Jhuggis. The reports states that–i.. People fear that as soon as the elections are over, free 200 unit electricity and bus services will be stopped. ii. When told about Kejriwal's guarantee, they said that who will take Kejriwal's guarantee? Kejriwal had said that he will not take benefits of bungalow, security, cars ended up taking all these services. He sweared on his children and then entered into a coalition with Congress, how do we trust him?iii. Survey also highlighted that people believe Kejriwal did not take any developmental steps in their Jhuggis. Neither were they given pucca houses nor was their sewer problem solved. People stand in long tines to use restroom facilities because of which school children mostly get late. Ever since Rs 2 charges for restroom were discontinued, condition of washrooms has deteriorated. They are rarely cleaned. Goel told that people said that water comes at 5:30 am in the morning and that too is dirty. To get this dirty water, they have to stand in long queues of 50-60 people. Almost everyday fights breakout between people because of this. Most people are of the opinion that they were handed out sops just two months before elections for vote bank. They said this is synonymous to distributing alcohol and money before elections. School children, senior citizens, unemployed youth kept on visiting Goel till late night. Goel said that these schools children are very talented and if given a chance, they will go a long way. A lot of these students are preparing for engineering, IAS, IPS etc. Goel said that every party leader should visit jhuggis for a day or two to understand their problems better. Schools should also emphasise on jhuggi-jhopdis, villages. NSS should also undertake filed visits to jhuggi-jhopdi areas. Goel said that people are very impressed with Modi ji. They are upset that Kejriwal did not implement 'Ayushman bharat' which provides treatment upto iRs5 lakh to them, and PM AWAS yojana. Goel said that 70% people in jhuggis support BJP and 30% favour Aam Aadmi Party. They believe that last time they trusted Kejirwal and voted for him but he did not fulfill his promises. It appears as if this time it will be a three-faced challenge in Jhuggi areas.

नयी दिल्ली, 23 जनवरी, 2020: सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने मोती नगर से प्रत्याशी सुभाष सचदेवा के समर्थन में जवाहर कैंप, इंदिरा कैंप, संजय कैंप, हरिजन बस्ती और चूना भट्टी की झुग्गी में पदयात्रा निकाली. लोगों में गोयल के उनके बीच होने की वजह से बहुत उत्साह था. इसके बाद गोयल चूना भट्टी की बी-9 झुग्गी में रात्रि निवास के लिए मनोज पासवान के यहाँ रुके.गोयल के साथ उत्साह से भरे सैंकड़ों लोगों ने "चाय पर चर्चा" पर उन्हें बताया कि उनकी झुग्गियों में काफी परेशानियां है जैसे पानी की समस्या, भरे हुए सीवर, पतली सड़के. पर केजरीवाल ने उनकी परेशानियों के लिए एक भी काम नहीं कर के दिया. राम नरेश नामक व्यक्ति ने गोयल को बताया कि इस बार झुग्गी वालों ने तय किया है कि मोदी जी को ही वोट देंगे क्योंकि वो मंदिर बनवा रहे हैं.गोयल अपने रात्रि निवास में चूना भट्टी के निवासी मनोज पासवान जो मोबाइल रिपेयर की दूकान चलते हैं के यहाँ रुके. उन्ही के यहाँ गोयल ने अपना रात्रिभोज किया. प्रातः गोयल मनोज पासवान के घर के बगल के पार्क डॉ हरजावहार पार्क गए और वहां पदयात्रा निकाली. जब लोगों को पता चला कि उनकी झुग्गी में इतना बड़ा नेता जो पूर्व मंत्री भी रह चूका है वो रुक रहा है तो सब उनसे मिलने दौड़ते चले आये और गोयल से मिलने के लिए इकट्ठे हो गए.ऐसे में ही लोगों की महफ़िल जम गई और लोग अपने घरों से हारमोनियम, ढोलक ले कर आगए. गोयल ने लोगों के साथ लोकगीत भी गाए.झुग्गी के लोगों ने गोयल के साथ अपनी रोजमर्रा की परेशानियां साझा की और उन्हें बताया कि सीवर ना होने के कारण और सड़के खराब होने से उन्हें बहुत परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है. झुग्गी में रहने वाली औरतों को घंटों लाइन में लग कर पानी भरना पड़ता है और अक्सर ही पानी को लेकर लड़ाई हो जाती है.जैसे ही गोयल ने मोदी जी का नाम लिया लोगों के चेहरे हर ख़ुशी दौड़ गयी और कहने लगे कि मोदी जी ने हमारे लिए बहुत काम किये हैं. वहां मौजूद एक महिला शकुंतला ने कहा कि जबसे मोदी जी ने घर-घर 'इज़्ज़त घर' बनवाये हैं तब से महिलाओं को बहुत आसानी हो गई है. और तो और अब खाना बनाने के लिए भी उनके पास गैस कनेक्शन हैं.गोयल ने वहां मौजूद लोगों को सीएए , धारा 370 , तीन तलाक़ कनून के बारे में समझाया. गोयल से चर्चा करने आए नौजवानों ने बताया कि ये सब उन्हें पहले से ही मालूम है और वो गुमराह नहीं होंगे. वहां मौजूद लोगों में आम आदमी पार्टी के नेताओं पर बहुत रोष था. उनका कहना था कि 2015 में उन्होंने झाडू को वोट दिया था पर इस बार सिर्फ और सिर्फ कमल का ही बटन दबाएंगे.
