अमर उजाला- दिल्ली में पहली बार लगा 30 फुट लंबा प्लास्टिक का रावण, बटन दबाकर किया भस्म
नई दिल्ली के रामलीला मैदान में पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने एक बार प्रयुक्त होने वाली प्लास्टिक के 30 फुट के रावण को जलाया। इस दौरान शहरी विकास मंत्रालय के सचिव डीएस मिश्रा, रामलीला कमेटी से जुड़े ओपी कत्याल व राजेश खन्ना भी उपस्थित थे।
विजय गोयल ने बताया कि पुतले का निर्माण सीमेंट मेन्यूफेक्चरिंग एसोसिएशन के सहयोग से किया गया था। इसे एक बटन दबाकर भस्म किया गया। इसका उद्देश्य यह बताना है कि सिंगल यूज प्लास्टिक को सीमेंट इंडस्ट्री में नए ईंधन, फ्यूल की तरह इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है।
इससे कीमत 20 प्रतिशत कम हो सकती है। मिश्रा ने कहा कि शहरी विकास मंत्रालय ने सीमेंट उद्योग से बात की थी कि एक बार प्रयुक्त होने वाली प्लास्टिक को कैसे फायदेमंद इस्तेमाल में लाया जा सकता है।

नई दिल्ली। अहिंसा विश्व भारती की स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर नवनिर्मित योग हॉल से पूर्व केन्द्रीय मंत्री एवं सांसद विजय गोयल और भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) के राष्ट्रीय उपाध्यक्ष श्याम जाजू ने मंगलवार को यहां अहिंसा योग एवं मेडिटेशन सेंटर का उद्घाटन किया।

गोयल एवं जाजू ने आचार्य लोकेश के 37वें दीक्षा दिवस के अवसर पर इस सेंटर का उद्घाटन किया और उन्हें सम्मानित भी किया। उन्होंने अहिंसा विश्व भारती के स्थापना दिवस पर आयोजित समारोह में कहा कि ध्यान एवं योग को अपने दैनिक जीवन में अपनाना बेहद आवश्यक है। इससे जहां अनेक बीमारियों से मुक्ति पाई जा सकती है वहीं व्यक्तिगत, पारिवारिक एवं सामाजिक जीवन में संतोष, सौहार्द एवं शांति की अनुभूति होती है। यहां सुबह और शाम योग तो कराया ही जाएगा, साथ ही योग के मास्टर तैयार किए जाएंगे जो विश्व के कोने तक योग को ले जा सकें।
सांसद ने सेंटर की सफलता की शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि आचार्य लोकेश का समाज कल्याण की ओर एक अहम कदम है। शहर की अापाधापी के बीच करोल बाग जैसी जगह पर योग एवं मेडिटेशन सेंटर एक संजीवनी बूटी की तरह है। उन्हाेंने कहा कि शारीरिक तंदुरुस्ती में योग का महत्वपूर्ण स्थान है। इससे युवाओं को भी प्रेरणा मिलेगी।
जाजू ने कहा कि समाज के विकास से पहले व्यक्तिगत विकास आवश्यक है। योग संतुलित व्यक्तिगत विकास की पहली सीढ़ी है। इस प्रकार के योग एवं मेडिटेशन सेंटर कि दिल्ली में बहुत आवश्यकता थी। आशा है कि यहां से प्रशिक्षित योग प्रशिक्षक दिल्ली में अनेक योग एवं मेडिटेशन सेंटर खोलेंगे।
The Hindu- Centre seeks more plastic disposal at cement plants
As a Ravana made of single-use plastic was symbolically destroyed in a mock-up cement plant at the Ramlila Maidan here on Tuesday, the Union Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry pushed for increasing the amount of plastic disposed of in cement plants in the country.
The plastic Ravana, which was among five such effigies put up by the Cement Manufacturers Association along with the Ministry in five cities, represented evil, said BJP MP Vijay Goel.
Non-recyclable plastic
Housing and Urban Affairs Ministry Secretary Durga Shanker Mishra said about 9,000 tonnes of non-recyclable plastic was produced every day.He added that the government was in talks with the CMA to increase the amount of plastic disposed at cement plants, with 46 of the 238 plants in the country currently using some amount of plastic.
He said that the plastic waste is burned in the cement kilns at high temperatures — ensuring that the destruction was environment-friendly — and reducing the amount of plastic littered on the streets.
Mr. Mishra said urban local bodies would provide the plastic waste to the cement industry for it to be used in the plants.
CMA secretary-general Aparna Dutt Sharma said the cement industry was helping dispose of plastic waste by using it as refuse derived fuel (RDF) after municipalities segregate and convert it into bales.

The padyatra received hearty welcome from both Hindus and Muslims alike. People enthusiastically participated in the padyatra holding tiranga, and placards of "swacchta lao, plastic bhagao".
Goel is undertaking the padyatras with the aim of spreading the message of Gandhi and Modi on Gandhi's 150th birth anniversary in different parts of Delhi.
Goel said that this yatra is being undertaken to spread the message on Gandhi ji on the call of PM Shri Modi ji. This will also help the party in elections. On one hand, Goel is spreading the message of cleanliness, inclusivity, anti-casteism and boycotting plastic, and on the other hand, he is spreading Modi ji's message of 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao' abhiyaan and respecting women. Goel told that Gandhi ji had said that no one should tolerate injustice and should firmly speak up against evils.
Kejriwal did not cooperate with Central government for last five years and did not implement schemes like PM Awas Yojana and Ayushman Bharat. Goel told that Manish Sisodia is himself the chairperson of Shahjahanabad Redevelopment Board whose function is to develop Chandni Chowk but it has not spent even a single penny on the development. Today naked electricity wires hang around Chandni Chowk and Delhi government is hindering MCD's work as well. It is not releasing funds for development of Chandni Chowk either.
Goel cautioned people that Kejriwal has converted Delhi into a slum in last five years, and it did not contribute to the development of Delhi in last five years. With just two months to elections, it is offering freebies to gather votes.

New Delhi, 8 October, 2019: Delhi's famous Ramleela maidan boasted of Ravan made from single use plastic. Former Union Minister and MP Vijay Goel lit the Ravan and gave the message to people to fight against the single use plastic. Goel was accompanied by D.S Mishra, Secretary, Urban Development Ministry, President of Ramleela Committee, O.P Katyal and Rajesh Khanna.
Addressing the audience, Goel said that the effigy has been constructed by Ramleela Committee in association with Cement Manufacturing Association. Goel told that the plastic effigy can be reduced to waste by pressing just a button. The aim of this is to promote the use of plastic as a new fuel in the cement industry. It will reduce the cost of fuel by 20%.
Shri Mishra said that Urban Development Ministry is in talks with Cement manufacturers on the sustainable use of single use plastic so that the discarded single plastic waste can be efficiently transported to cement plants.
Goel said that just like PM Modi is ending the evil of terrorism, Bangladeshi infiltrators, Article 370, Triple Talaq, Corruption, we should also take vow to fight against these evils on Dussehra.
Goel congratulated Urban Development Ministry for efficiently using the Ravan's effigy made of single use plastic as fuel.

नई दिल्ली : बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता विजय गोयल ने महात्मा गांधी की 150वीं जयंती पर रविवार को लालबाग, मॉडल टाउन के झुग्गी-झोपड़ीवाले इलाके में सैकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ पदयात्रा निकाली। उन्होंने लोगों को गांधीजी के स्वच्छता के सूत्र के बारे में बताया। गोयल और सैंकड़ों कार्यकर्ताओं ने प्रधानमंत्री को भारत को खुले में शौच से मुक्त घोषित करने की भी बधाई दी। गोयल ने कहा कि लालबाग की झुग्गियों में रहनेवाले यूपी और बिहार के ज्यादातर लोगों ने शिकायत की है कि अरविंद केजरीवाल ने बिहार और यूपी में रहनेवाले लोगों का यह कह कर अपमान किया है कि वो 500 रुपये में 5 लाख का इलाज मुफ्त में करवा रहे हैं। गोयल ने कहा इस पदयात्रा में पूर्वांचलियों का केजरीवाल के प्रति बड़ा रोष दिखाई दिया। गोयल ने झुग्गीवालों से कहा कि उन्हें एक बार इस्तेमाल होने वाले प्लास्टिक का बहिष्कार अभियान चलाना चाहिए। गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार सड़कों पर गड्ढे ढूंढने निकली है, पर यहां तो सड़कों में गड्ढे नहीं, गड्ढों में सड़कें हैं।
भारत को खुले में शौचमुक्त करना बड़ी सामाजिक क्रांति : गोयल

भाजपा सांसद विजय गोयल ने महात्मा गांधी की 150वीं जयंती पर लालबाग इलाके में पदयात्रा निकाली। इस पदयात्रा के माध्यम से गोयल ने लोगों को गांधी के स्वच्छता के सूत्र से अवगत कराया।
उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के भारत को खुले में शौच मुक्त घोषित करने पर लोगों को बधाई दी और कहा कि यह एक बड़ी सामाजिक क्रांति है। स्वच्छ भारत अभियान दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा जन-जागरण अभियान है। प्रधानमंत्री ने स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के जरिये बापू के स्वच्छता के सूत्र को एक नई दिशा दी। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविद केजरीवाल ने पूर्वाचल के लोगों का अपमान किया है। उन्हें पूर्वाचल के लोगों से माफी मांगनी चाहिए।
गोयल ने झुग्गी-झोपड़ी वालों से कहा कि अपने-अपने क्षेत्र की हर एक आदमी को जिम्मेदारी लेनी चाहिए। हमें अपनी झुग्गी-झोपड़ियों में स्वच्छता और एक बार इस्तेमाल होने वाले प्लास्टिक की वस्तुओं का बहिष्कार का अभियान चलना चाहिए। उन्होंने आप सरकार पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि यह सरकार सड़कों पर गड्ढे ढूंढने निकली है। यहां तो सड़कों में गड्ढे नहीं हैं बल्कि गड्ढों में सड़कें हैं। केजरीवाल सरकार ने दिल्ली को स्लम बना दिया है।
पार्टी विधायकों ने ही खोदा सीएम के लिए गड्ढा : गोयल
नई दिल्ली : राज्यसभा सांसद विजय गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल इधर दावा कर रहे हैं कि पांच साल हमने दिल्ली में बहुत विकास के काम किए। उधर उनके ही विधायकों ने दिल्ली के झूठे विकास की पोल अपनी ही सोशल मीडिया के फेसबुक और ट्विटर पर खोल दी है।
केजरीवाल ने कहा दिल्ली की सड़कों की हालत देखने के लिए हमारे सभी विधायक जाएंगे। विधायक जब सड़कें देखने गए तो उनकी हालत इतनी खराब थी कि उन्होंने अपनी सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर इन सड़कों के गड्ढों को अपलोड कर दिया। बिना यह जाने कि उससे उनके मुख्यमंत्री के विकास के दावों की पोल खुल जाएगी।
गोयल ने कहा कि पांच साल तक जो सड़कें टूटी-फूटी गड्ढों वाली रहीं, अब चुनाव से दो महीने पहले वे सड़क कैसे ठीक हो जाएंगी ? केजरीवाल ने जो अभी सड़कों के गड्ढे भरने की बात कही, वही बात उन्होंने एक साल पहले 13 नवंबर, 2018 को भी की थी। लगता है विधायकों ने केजरीवाल के लिए गड्ढा खोद दिया है। जनता विधायकों की सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर जाए और देखें दिल्ली का क्या हाल है।

पीडब्ल्यूडी की सड़कों की हालत सुधारने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार के अभियान को बीजेपी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने चुनावी स्टंट बताया है। उनका कहना है कि आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार पिछले साढ़े चार साल से दिल्ली में सत्ता में है, लेकिन चुनाव पास आने पर ही क्यों इन सड़कों का ख्याल आया? इससे पहले दिल्ली सरकार ने इन सड़कों की सुध क्यों नहीं ली? सड़कों पर गड्ढों पहले भी थे, लेकिन उन्हें ठीक करने की नीयत ही नहीं थी। उन्होंने कहा कि उन अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों का क्या, जहां सड़कें ही नहीं है।
दिल्ली सरकार पर बरसे मनोज तिवारी
तिवारी ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने जनता के हितों के लिए कोई भी ऐसा काम नहीं किया है, जिसके आधार पर वह दोबारा जनता के वोट मांगने जाएं। साढ़े चार सालों के दौरान दिल्ली सरकार ने केवल झूठ और भ्रम ही फैलाया है। सत्ता में आने से पहले आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार ने लोगों से 70 वादे किए थे, लेकिन इनमें से कोई भी ऐसा वादा नहीं है, जिसे सरकार ने पूरा किया हो।
बीजेपी ने केजरीवाल के विकास के दावों को बताया झूठ
सांसद और दिल्ली बीजेपी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल दावा कर रहे हैं कि पांच 5 साल में दिल्ली में विकास के बहुत काम किए, लेकिन उनके ही विधायकों ने झूठे विकास की पोल सोशल मीडिया पर खोल दी है। केजरीवाल ने कहा था कि सड़कों की हालत देखने के लिए हमारे सभी विधायक जाएंगे। जब विधायक सड़कें देखने गए तो उनकी हालत इतनी खराब थी कि उन्होंने सोशल मीडिया अकाउंट्स पर सड़कों के गड्ढों को अपलोड कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि 5 साल तक जो सड़कें गड्ढों वाली रही, अब चुनाव से दो महीने पहले वो सड़कें कैसे ठीक हो जाएंगी?
नेता विपक्ष ने भी आपर सरकार पर साधा निशाना
विधानसभा में नेता विपक्ष विजेंद्र गुप्ता ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने साल 2018-19 में तीनों एमसीडी के बजट में 1,000 करोड़ की कटौती कर इस पैसे को मुख्यमंत्री सड़क योजना में शामिल कर दिया। लेकिन इस योजना के तहत दिल्ली सरकार ने आज तक कोई सड़क नहीं बनाई है।

New Delhi, 6 October, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, undertook Padyatra with hundreds of people in the slums of Model Town, Lalbagh. Goel spread awareness about the Gandhi ji's principle of cleanliness. Goel along with others also congratulated PM Narendra Modi for making India open defecation free and told that Swacch Bharat Mission is the world's largest behavioral change campaign. PM Modi gave a new direction to Gandhi ji's principle of cleanliness through Swacch Bharat Mission.
Goel said that Poorvanchali residents of slums in Lalbagh are upset with Kejriwal's callous remarks that Delhi hospitals are providing treatment worth Rs 5lakh to people from Bihar and Uttar Pradesh for just Rs 500. The people from Bihar and UP asked if this country is not ours? If Kejriwal wants to kick us out of Delhi? What right does Kejriwal have to say this if he did not construct even a single hospital in Delhi? The people will very soon protest again Kejriwal for these callous and insensitive remarks.
Goel said that through this Padyatra, Poorvanchalis expressed their anger against Kejriwal. They have said that until and unless Kejriwal apologises for these remarks, the tides are going to be against him.
Goel requested the slum dwellers to take responsibility of their sanitation and cleanliness. It is necessary to boycott single use plastic and to keep our surroundings clean.
Goel said that all of Kejriwal's schemes are now working against him. According to a data released by Satyendra Jain, 1 lakh 42 thousand 202 people received free treatment in Delhi's hospitals. However, they did not tell how many of these will Poorvanchalis. Kejriwal government should release data on how many Poorvanchalis took treatment in Delhi hospitals. This data will be sufficient to expose Kejriwal government.
Poorvanchalis' slogan is "Poorvanchalion ka apmaan, nahi sahega Hindustan, sun lo kaan khol ke Kejriwal".
Goel said that Kejriwal government is searching for potholes in roads but instead, it is the other way around. The roads are in potholes. If the people will check social media accounts of AAP's MLA's, they will understand and see that Kejriwal has converted entire Delhi into slums.
