दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि लोकसभा चुनाव के लिये जारी पार्टी घोषणा पत्र से व्यापारियों समेत उन लोगों में उम्मीद जगी हैं जो मोदी को प्रधानमंत्री बनाना चाहते हैं।
इससे पहले, केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने कहा था कि दिल्ली में सभी बाजार संगठनों के नेता और पदाधिकारियों को राष्ट्रीय व्यापारी धन्यवाद महासम्मेलन के लिये आमंत्रित किया गया है।
गोयल ने कहा, ‘‘करोड़ों व्यापारी भाजपा के संकल्प पत्र को लेकर प्रधानमंत्री का आभार जताना चाहते हैं। इसमें 10 लाख रुपये का दुर्घटना बीमा, 60 साल बाद पेंशन, व्यापार क्रेडिट कार्ड, जीएसटी को सरल बनाने तथा पांच लाख रुपये तक की आय पर आयकर छूट जैसे वादे किये गये हैं।’’

Goel said traders are enthusiastic over national traders’ welfare board and pension for
small shopowners announced in the BJP’s Sankalp patr. Thousands of traders are
coming together under the leadership of Vijay Goel over the relief assured to them by
the BJP in its Sankalp patra. Goel and business leaders Shri Pravin Khandelwal,
Satyabhushan Jain and Satish Garg have had more than 100 traders' meetings so far.
While addressing the traders' meetings at Kapda market, Shanti Mohalla Gandhi Nagar
and Kurta market, Old Seelampur, Goel assured that matters related to traders would
be addressed once the traders’ welfare board is established. Now traders would be in
direct contact of the government all through the year. Small shop owners are
particularly pleased that no party addressed their grievances while they had been
passing on the taxes to the government.
Goel also surveyed Talkatora stadium along with traders and inspected the ongoing
preparations for the April-19 event. He said traders from across the country are
reaching Delhi and lodging facilities are being arranged for them. For years, traders have
been the supporters of the BJP and now with the announcements in BJP’s Sankalp patr,

19 अप्रैल को तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में होने जा रहे राष्ट्रीय व्यापारी धन्यवाद महासम्मेलन के आयोजन को लेकर दिल्ली बीजेपी जोरशोर से तैयारियों में जुटी है। केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने मंगलवार को प्रदेश कार्यालय में प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर आयोजन की तैयारियों के बारे में जानकारी दी। इस दौरान प्रदेश अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी, महामंत्री कुलजीत चहल और प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष राजीव बब्बर मौजूद थे।
गोयल ने बताया कि तालकटोरा स्टेडियम में 19 अप्रैल को शाम 4 बजे दिल्ली समेत देशभर की तमाम प्रमुख व्यापारिक संस्थाओं के हजारों प्रतिनिधि आएंगे और लोकसभा चुनावों के लिए बीजेपी के संकल्प पत्र में व्यापारियों के कल्याण के लिए जो घोषणाएं की गईं हैं, उसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का आभार प्रकट करेंगे। इसके लिए अभी तक 120 से ज्यादा अलग-अलग व्यापारिक संस्थाओं के साथ मीटिंग की जा चुकी है। मोदी सरकार ने ही देश में पहली बार व्यापारियों के कल्याण के लिए इतने बड़े पैमाने पर योजनाएं बनाई हैं और उन्हें अपने राष्ट्रीय संकल्प पत्र का हिस्सा बनाया है। यही वजह है कि देश के व्यापारी आज भी बीजेपी के साथ खड़े हैं। गोयल ने बताया कि केंद्रीय वित्त मंत्री अरुण जेटली भी इसमें शामिल होंगे।
दिल्ली बीजेपी अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि 2014 में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी देश के लोगों के लिए एक आस के समान थे और लोगों को उनसे काफी उम्मीदें थीं, जिन पर वह खरे उतरे। उन्होंने मायापुरी में सीलिंग करवाने की कोशिश के लिए सीधे तौर पर दिल्ली सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए कहा कि बीजेपी ने अरविंद केजरीवाल की साजिश को बेनकाब करने का काम किया है और यही वजह है कि आज व्यापारी हमारे साथ खड़े हैं।

New Delhi, Apr 16 (KNN) During the peak heat of ongoing Lok Sabha Elections 2019, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address traders of Delhi on April 19 at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi.
This information was shared by Union Minister Vijay Goel at a Press Conference which was attended by Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) and several other prominent trade leaders.
While addressing the media, Goel said that the BJP has included core and fundamental issues of the business community which include formation of a National Traders Welfare Board, a National Policy for Retail Trade, Pension to traders above the age of 60 years, Accidental insurance of Rs.10 lakh to traders who are registered under GST, Vyapari Credit Card on pattern of Kisan Credit Card to traders etc.
He said that BJP has not only cared for the traders but has join hands with them in their various struggles and agitations and as such these issues which are close to the hearts of traders have been included in BJP Sankalp Patra. It amply shows that only BJP can protect the interests of the traders.
अमर उजाला- मायापुरी पहुंचे केंद्रीय मंत्री गोयल, केजरीवाल सरकार को बताया दोषी
सीलिंग को लेकर दिल्ली के मायापुरी में हुई हिंसक घटना के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने सोमवार को इलाके में जाकर व्यापारियों से मुलाकात की। इस दौरान उन्होंने व्यापारियों से सीलिंग को लेकर काफी देर चर्चा भी की। चर्चा के बाद केंद्रीय मंत्री ने दिल्ली सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए कहा कि एनजीटी ने साल 2015 में मायापुरी के व्यापारियों के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था करने का आदेश दिया था, जिसे अरविंद केजरीवाल की सरकार अब तक पूरा नहीं कर सकी। इसी का खामियाजा है कि कोर्ट को सख्त निर्देश देने पड़े।
उन्होंने वहां मौजूद व्यापारियों को आश्वासन दिया कि उनके साथ किसी भी तरह का अन्याय नहीं होने दिया जाएगा। गोयल ने यहां तक कहा कि अगर मायापुरी के व्यापारी चाहे तो यहां पर कोई दूसरा व्यवसाय करने की अनुमति मिलनी चाहिए, जिसमें प्रदूषण न हो।
गोयल ने कहा कि इन व्यापारियों को पहले मोतिया खान से हटाया गया और उनको स्थायी रूप से मायापुरी के अन्दर काम करने के लिए जगह दी गई तो अब उनको मायापुरी से क्यों हटाया जा रहा है, यह समझ से बाहर है?

विस, नई दिल्ली : मायापुरी में सीलिंग को लेकर शुरू हुए तनाव के बीच सोमवार को केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने मायापुरी के कारोबारियों से मुलाकात कर उन्हें भरोसा दिलाया कि बीजेपी उनके साथ अन्याय नहीं होने देगी। उन्होंने सीलिंग की कार्रवाई के लिए केजरीवाल सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहराते हुए कहा कि मायापुरी में हुई हिंसा दिल्ली सरकार की विफलता का परिणाम है। इस मीटिंग में बीजेपी के प्रदेश महामंत्री रवींद्र गुप्ता और प्रदेश उपाध्यक्ष राजीव बब्बर भी मौजूद थे।
गोयल के मुताबिक, व्यापारियों ने उन्हें बताया कि 2015 में एनजीटी ने दिल्ली सरकार को आदेश दिया था कि मायापुरी के व्यापारियों को विकल्प के तौर पर उचित जगह देकर उनके कारोबार को शिफ्ट किया जाए। मगर दिल्ली सरकार ने एनजीटी के फैसले की अवहेलना करते हुए किसी भी व्यापारी को शिफ्टिंग के लिए वैकल्पिक जगह मुहैया नहीं कराई। गोयल ने सीलिंग के दौरान कानून व्यवस्था बिगड़ने को दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण बताते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार के इशारे पर जिलाधिकारी ने सीलिंग की कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए थे। चुनावों के दौरान सीलिंग की यह कार्रवाई आचार संहिता का भी उल्लंघन है, इसलिए चुनाव आयोग को भी कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए।
Goel reaches Mayapuri, talks to traders
New Delhi, April 15, 2019: Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel sat on the ground along with hundreds of traders in Mayapuri Industrial Area today on the issue of sealing and assured that no injustice would be meted out to them. Vice-president of the BJP Delhi Rajiv Babbar and General Secretary Ravindra Gupta were present along with Goel.
The people assembled to listen to Goel informed him that the Sub-divisional magistrate (SDM) of the Delhi government had carried out sealing on the order of the National Green Tribunal (NGT). The NGT had instructed the Delhi government in 2015 that it should arrange an alternative space to traders. Had the government done its job then, the sealing need not have been carried out.
Standing amidst the traders, Goel said that the local associations and traders should be permitted to carry out some other business activity which doesn’t generate pollution at the same site.
Goel said it is incomprehensible that when traders were first relocated from Matia Mahal to Mayapuri on a permanent basis, why are they now being pushed out from Mayapuri too?
BJP Delhi vice president Rajiv Babbar said that they will continue their fight for traders who are being punished due to Kejriwal's negligence and that they would not let traders be pushed out from Mayapuri.
Goel assured that he will meet the Lieutenant Governor over the injustice meted out to traders by the Delhi government. Traders of Mayapuri thanked Vijay Goel and Rajiv Babbar and raised the slogans “Modi Zindabad”. Traders said that they were ready to work as per the laws and norms provided they should at least be informed what are the laws and norms in the first place so that the Delhi government and the Police don’t harass them in future.

केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने कहा कि इसलिए इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि पार्टी ने अपने चुनावी संकल्प पत्र में व्यापारियों के प्रमुख और बुनियादी मुद्दों को शामिल किया है जिसमें एक राष्ट्रीय व्यापारी कल्याण बोर्ड की स्थापना, खुदरा व्यापार के लिए राष्ट्रीय नीति, व्यापारियों के लिए पेंशन, वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) में पंजीकृत व्यापारियों को 10 लाख रुपये का बीमा दुर्घटना व किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की तर्ज पर व्यापारी क्रेडिट कार्ड का संकल्प शामिल हैं।
वहीं, कंफेडरेशन ऑफ आल इंडिया ट्रेडर्स (कैट) के राष्ट्रीय महामंत्री प्रवीन खंडेलवाल ने कहा कि सम्मेलन में जहां व्यापारी प्रधानमंत्री का धन्यवाद करेंगे। वहीं प्रधानमंत्री भी देश की अर्थव्यवस्था और विकास में व्यापारियों के सहयोग पर बातचीत करेंगे। भाजपा के संकल्प पत्र में व्यापार से जुड़े सभी वर्गों का समुचित ध्यान रखा गया है।

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the trading community and seek to outline the contributions of the BJP-led Centre to India’s economy at an event here next week, Union Minister and former Delhi BJP chief Vijay Goel announced on Saturday.
The convention will be organised this Friday at the Talkatora stadium and has been dubbed the “Rashtriya Vyapari Dhanywad Mahasammelan”.
Praveen Khandelwal, national secretary general of the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT), prominent business leaders and office-bearers of all the associations of markets in Delhi have been invited on this occasion. Thousands of traders shall express their happiness and gratitude to the Prime Minister. The BJP has again proved that it is at the forefront in taking steps in the interest of the traders,” Mr. Goel said.
According to the former Delhi BJP chief, in October last year, the Prime Minister had tasked himself with preparing a report on the National Traders’ Board which was submitted after he held a series of consultations with several traders.

“Prime Minister has been considering the setting up a national traders’ board since then and today the idea has been included in the BJP’ Sankalp Patra,” Mr. Goel said.
Mr. Goel claimed there was “huge enthusiasm” among the community after the BJP released its manifesto which promised to address prominent and fundamental issues concerning traders following which they have been organising meetings in different places to express their gratitude to the party.
Specific promises related to the community made in the manifesto include the setting up of a National Traders’ Welfare Board, new retail policy to boost retail trade, pension scheme for small traders above the age of 60, ₹10 lakh accidental insurance to all GST-registered traders and credit cards to traders on the lines of Kisan Credit Cards.
“The BJP has not only taken care of the interests of traders but has also fought for them and by including the prominent concerns of traders in its Sankalp Patra, the BJP has made it clear that it alone can protect the interests of traders…While traders will express their gratitude to the Prime Minister, he will speak on how traders can contribute more to the development and economy of the country,” Mr. Goel said further.

गोयल ने कहा, कारोबारियों के मुद्दों को किया शामिल
संवाददाताओं से बातचीत में विजय गोयल ने बताया की बीजेपी ने अपने चुनाव घोषणा पत्र (संकल्प पत्र) में कारोबारियों के बुनियादी और जरूरी मुद्दों को शामिल किया है, जिसमें एक राष्ट्रीय व्यापारी कल्याण बोर्ड की स्थापना, रिटेल व्यापार के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय नीति बनाना, सभी व्यापारियों को 60 साल की उम्र के बाद पेंशन देना, जीएसटी में पंजीकृत सभी व्यापारियों को 10 लाख रुपए का बीमा दुर्घटना, किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की तर्ज़ पर सभी व्यापारियों को व्यापारी क्रेडिट कार्ड देना आदि शामिल है.
गोयल ने कहा की बीजेपी ने सदैव कारोबारियों के हितों का न केवल ध्यान रखा है, बल्कि उसके लिए संघर्ष भी किया है. इसी दृष्टि से इस बार के चुनावों में बीजेपी ने व्यापारियों के इन प्रमुख मुद्दों को अपने संकल्प पत्र में शामिल कर के यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि व्यापारियों के हितों की रक्षा केवल भाजपा ही कर सकती है.
