केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने यहां संवाददाता सम्मेलन में कहा कि आरटीआई के तहत मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक, दिल्ली सरकार द्वारा संचालित स्कूलों में बीते चार साल में पांच लाख बच्चे फेल हुए हैं, जिनमें से चार लाख लोगों को फिर से दाखिला नहीं दिया गया।
दिल्ली प्रदेश दफ्तर में प्रेस वार्ता में कुछ छात्र मौजूद थे। पत्रकार वार्ता को सांसद रमेश बिधुड़ी और परवेश वर्मा ने भी संबोधित किया।

गोयल सोमवार को मुस्तफाबाद के राजकीय उच्च विद्यालय में जाएंगे, जहां दो हजार बच्चे पढ़ते हैं। वहां पता चला है कि बड़ी संख्या में बच्चे फेल हुए हैं। उन बच्चों के माता-पिता से मिलेंगे और स्कूल जाकर सरकार के दावों की हकीकत जानेंगे। वे अन्य स्कूलों का भी निरीक्षण करेंगे। सोशल मीडिया के माध्यम से लोगों को बेवकूफ बनाया गया है की शिक्षा में सुधार हुआ है, लेकिन सच्चाई यह है कि आठवीं कक्षा के बच्चों को एबीसीडी तक नहीं आती है। गोयल ने दावा किया कि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल और उप मुख्यमंत्री सिसोदिया उनके साथ मुस्तफाबाद के स्कूल चलें और हरियाणा के मुख्यमंत्री को भी दिखाएं तो स्कूलों की वास्तविक स्थिति का उन्हें खुद ही पता लग जाएगा। वे फेल होने वाले जिन बच्चों को दाखिला नहीं मिला, उनके हितों के लिए अपनी लड़ाई जारी रखेंगे। केन्द्रीय राज्य मंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार एक श्वेत पत्र लेकर आए और उसमें बताए की किस-किस कक्षा में कितने बच्चे फेल होते हैं।

New Delhi, April 6, 2019: Union Minister and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel will conduct a ground reality check on claims made by the Delhi government that it provided world-class schools, education, Mohalla Clinics, and better water and power facilities to the people of Delhi. He would expose the tall claims of achievements that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been presenting in public meetings.
Goel would visit a Higher Secondary School in Mustafabad wherein 2000 students receive an education. He said a large number of the students in this school have failed in exams; he will meet the parents of the students and will find out how correct are the claims of the Delhi government that they transformed the government schools in Delhi.
Goel said he had received complaints about the school earlier as well. In addition to the Mustafabad school, he would also examine on Monday the quality of education and infrastructure in other government schools.
Goel said people are being fooled on social media with the false image of the Delhi government schools, while the conditions on the ground are such that a Class-VIII student is unable to read even basic text in English. Schools in Haryana villages fare far better than these schools. Goel asked both Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and Delhi’s education minister Manish Sisodia to join him on his visit to a school in Mustafabad to know the ground reality of the education being provided in the government schools. He said Delhi CM may also ask Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar to join them on Monday’s visit.
Goel said he shall continue to fight for the rights of failed students who were denied re-admission by the Delhi government. Students are being compelled to opt for open schools.
Goel asked the Delhi government to release a white paper and inform how many students fail in each of the classes, and what divisions do the students of Class-IX, X, XII secure in exams so that it can be ascertained how many of these kids would get admission in the Delhi Universities and how many of them would get jobs.
All efforts are being made to prevent me from visiting the school on Monday but I will go nevertheless.

दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल और उनकी सरकार को भाजपा ने स्कूल व मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों के मामले में कटघरे में खड़ा किया है। शुक्रवार को दिल्ली के सरकारी स्कूलों और मोहल्ला क्लीनिकों को लेकर आरोप लगाया कि केजरीवाल राज में पिछले चार साल के दौरान दिल्ली के पांच लाख बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों में फेल हुए हैं, जिनमें से चार लाख बच्चों को दोबारा स्कूल ने दाखिला देने से इंकार कर दिया।
शुक्रवार को पार्टी कार्यालय में प्रेस कांफ्रेंस के दौरान केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने आंकड़ों का हवाला देते हुए बताया कि 9वीं में जो बच्चे फेल हुए, उनमें से 52 फीसदी को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं मिला। उन्होंने ये भी कहा कि भाजपा की ओर से फेल बच्चाें के अभिभावकों का सम्मेलन 16 अप्रैल को किया जाएगा। ताकि दिल्ली सरकार के खोखले दावों की तस्वीर सबके सामने आ सके।
सरकारी स्कूलों के हालातों पर पूछे गए एक सवाल पर गोयल ने बताया कि दिल्ली में 1028 स्कूलों में से 800 स्कूलों में प्रिंसिपल नहीं हैं। सरकार का दावा है कि 8 हजार कमरे बनाए, जबकि ये झूठ है। एक कक्षा में 80 से 100 बच्चे हैं। तीन शिफ्ट में बच्चे पढ़ते हैं। ये शिफ्ट 30-30 बच्चों की सोमवार, मंगलवार और बुधवार को होती हैं।
इस दौरान दक्षिणी दिल्ली के सांसद रमेश बिधूड़ी ने बताया कि केजरीवाल सरकार ने 9वीं कक्षा में 33 प्रतिशत बच्चों को जान-बूझकर फेल किया। गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में 1028 स्कूलों में लगभग 16 लाख बच्चे पढ़ते हैं। 9वीं के 52 प्रतिशत, 10वीं, 12वीं के 91 प्रतिशत और 11वीं के 58 प्रतिशत बच्चों को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया गया। इनके अलावा 27 हजार से ज्यादा शिक्षकों के पद खाली पड़े हुए हैं। पीजीटी गणित के लिए 135 में से एक भी शिक्षक पास नहीं हुआ। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार ने पांच लाख बच्चों के साथ जो नाइंसाफी की है, इसका खामियाजा उन्हें उठाना पड़ेगा। जनता चुनाव में इसका उचित जवाब देगी।

Union minister Vijay Goel on Friday alleged that the standard of education in the national capital is deteriorating as five lakh students have failed in government schools in the last three years. He also alleged that the failed students were being denied re-admission.
Goel said to conduct a ground reality check, he would be visiting a government school on Saturday. Further, he said he would inspect schools where classrooms were promised to be constructed and interact with principals and teachers.
“The standard of education in government schools has drastically reduced as around five lakh students – especially between classes 9 and 11 — have failed in the last three years. Despite this, Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal has been announcing his government’s achievements during Lok Sabha election campaigning. The reality of his tall claims should be revealed to the public,” Goel said.
Goel further said the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government, which talks of improving the standard of education in its schools, is indifferent to the number of students failing examinations. “At present, 16 lakh students are studying in 1,028 schools of Delhi. Of the 1,028 schools, there is no principal in 800 of them. Interestingly, 78 principals have been posted as officer on special duty to the deputy director, education. How can the schools function without a principal? Till date, more than 27,000 posts of teachers are lying vacant at government schools,” he said.
BJP MPs Ramesh Bidhuri and Pravesh Verma were also present at the press conference. Verma said Kejriwal had promised to open 500 schools but failed.
Texts and calls to AAP spokesperson Saurabh Bhardwaj for his party’s response on Goel’s allegations went unanswered.

विजय गोयल ने कहा कि 4 साल बाद अरविंद केजरीवाल लोकसभा चुनावों में अपनी दिल्ली सरकार के कामों का बढ़-चढ़कर बखान कर रहे हैं. जनता के सामने उसकी असलियत आनी चाहिए. गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में 1028 स्कूलों में लगभग 16 लाख बच्चे पढ़ते हैं और वो रिएलटी चेक करने के लिए हर एक स्कूल में जाएंगे. जिन स्कूलों में कमरे बनाने की बात की गई है, उन स्कूलों में जाकर चेक करेंगे साथ ही प्रिंसिपल और टीचर्स से बात करेंगे.
उन्होंने कहा कि एक जानकारी के अनुसार पिछले 4 साल में 5 लाख बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों में फेल हुए हैं, जिनमें से 4 लाख बच्चों को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया गया. इन बच्चों के भविष्य का क्या होगा. सरकार ने इन बच्चों का हाथ छोड़ दिया है. उन्होंने कहा कि जो केजरीवाल सरकार शिक्षा के स्तर को सुधारने की बात करती है, उसमें कितने बच्चे फेल हुए यह खुद ही जान लीजिए.
दिल्ली में कोर्ट के आदेश के बावजूद भी 9वीं में जो बच्चे फेल हुए, उनमें से 52 प्रतिशत को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं मिला, 10वीं, 12वी के 91 प्रतिशत और 11वी के 58 प्रतिशत बच्चों को दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया गया.
जो बच्चे फेल हो गए हैं और जिनको दिल्ली में केजरीवाल सरकार ने दोबारा दाखिला नहीं दिया है, उन बच्चों के अभिभावकों का एक सम्मेलन 16 अप्रैल को किया जाएगा.गोयल ने कहा कि 1028 स्कूलों में से 800 स्कूलों में प्रिंसिपल नहीं है, जबकि वाइस प्रिंसिपल को प्रमोट किया जा सकता है. जिन स्कूलों में प्रिंसिपल हैं उनमें से भी 78 प्रिंसिपल को डिप्टी डायरेक्टर एजुकेशन का ओएसडी बनाकर स्कूलों से दूर कर दिया गया है. एक स्कूल बिना प्रिंसिपल के कैसे चलेगा. उन्होंने कहा कि आज भी 27,000 से ज्यादा टीचर्स की पोस्ट खाली पड़ी है. 27,000 टीचर्स की भर्ती समय से नहीं की गई, इसलिए गेस्ट टीचर्स रखे गए. विजय गोयल ने दावा किया कि दिल्ली सरकार के एक विभाग के आंकड़ों के अनुसार पीजीटी मैथ्स के लिए 135 में से एक भी टीचर पास नहीं हुए.विजय गोयल ने कहा कि पूरे दिल्ली में बीजेपी केजरीवाल ब्लफ हैशटैग भी शुरू करेगी और उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली के उप मुख्यमंत्री मनीष सिसोदिया स्कूल के सभी बच्चो को पत्र भेज रहे है जिसमे लिखा हुआ है " भाजपा को वोट मत देना". जिसकी शिकायत चुनाव आयोग से भी की गई है

विस, नई दिल्ली : केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल ने कहा है कि वह दिल्ली के स्कूलों और मोहल्ला क्लिनिकों का दौरा करके दिल्ली सरकार और मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल के विकास के दावों की पोल खोलेंगे। उन्होंने कांग्रेस के साथ गठबंधन के लिए आम आदमी पार्टी पर निशाना भी साधा। गोयल ने गुरुवार को ट्वीट कर कहा कि 'मेरी सहानुभूति केजरीवाल के बच्चों के साथ है, जिनकी कसम खाकर उन्होंने कांग्रेस के साथ कभी हाथ न मिलाने की घोषणा की थी। दूसरी तरफ शीला जी को इस उम्र में झाड़ू उठानी पड़ेगी।
कांग्रेस नेताओं को भी उन्होंने कठघरे में खड़ा किया। अजय माकन और कपिल सिब्बल के बयान पर कांग्रेस के कार्यकर्ता गुस्से में हैं। जीतने की उम्मीद हो, तो ही ये लड़ेंगे। हारने की हो, तो कोई और लड़े। पूर्ण राज्य के मामले पर भी उन्होंने केजरीवाल को घेरते हुए कहा, 'न तो ममता बनर्जी ने संसद में कभी पूर्ण राज्य का मुद्दा उठाया और ना बीस साल में कभी उन्होंने दिल्ली के लिए पूर्ण राज्य का समर्थन किया। जिन विपक्षी दलों के साथ केजरीवाल हाथ खड़े करते हुए दिखते हैं, वह पहले उन नेताओं से तो पूर्ण राज्य पर समर्थन की बात कहलवाएं। गोयल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जिन उपलब्धियों का बखान कर रहे हैं, वह हकीकत से कोसों दूर है। इसीलिए उन्होंने तय किया है कि वह सरकारी स्कूलों और मोहल्ला क्लिनिकों में जाकर जनता को असलियत बताएंगे। इसके अलावा वह झुग्गी झोपड़ियों में भी लोगों से पूछेंगे कि उन्हें सस्ती बिजली और सस्ता पानी मिल रहा है कि नहीं अैर पानी उनके घरों पर पहुंच भी रहा है कि नहीं।

Goel said that the tall claims of achievements which are being made by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in his public meetings are far far from reality.
Goel said that to find out the truth behind the tall claims, he will visit some Schools, Mohalla Clinics and also JJ Clusters to find out whether people in reality are getting cheap electricity and water supply or not.
Further Goel said that Kejriwal has presented a Budget of Rs. 60,000 Crores which includes unnecessary expenditure on advertisements, big salaried appointments and unessential and unwarranted schemes. If all this needless expenditure is enquired into then the Kejriwal Government can find itself in a fix. From time to time he has pressured officers to take decisions by breaking the established Rules and Procedures and that is why the entire Delhi Bureaucracy is standing against CM Arvind Kejriwal.
Goel said that one by one all the instances of wrong decisions and corruption will surface in public domain and it will be revealed that those people who came to power on the bandwagon and movement against corruption are themselves drowned in charges of corruption.
Goel also said that the biggest proof is that both Congress and Aam Aadmi Party have conceded defeat and accepted that they cannot contest against BJP unilaterally. Further big leaders of Congress like Ajay Maken and Kapil Sibbal have publicly stated that they will not contest elections if an alliance with AAP is not formed. Moreover, In their lust for power they are ready to shake hands with thieves also. On the other hand Kejriwal swore on his children that he will not form alliance with the Congress, today he is desperate for an alliance with the grand old party.

Union minister and senior BJP leader Vijay Goel said Thursday that he would visit Delhi government-run schools and mohalla clinics to "expose" the AAP dispensation's "tall claims".
In an official statement, Goel alleged that "tall claims" of achievements which are being made by Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal in his public meetings are "far from reality".
Goel, a former Delhi BJP chief, said he will visit some schools, mohalla clinics and also JJ clusters to find out whether people in reality are getting cheap electricity and water supply or not.
"Biggest proof is that both the Congress and the Aam Aadmi Party have conceded defeat and accepted that they cannot contest against the BJP unilaterally," the statement, quoting the minister said.

चाहे वह सरकारी स्कूलों में शिक्षा को लेकर हो या मोहल्ला क्लीनिक हो या बिजली और पानी को लेकर हो। उन्होंने कहा कि वह असल तथ्यों को जनाने के लिए दिल्ली के कुछ स्कूलों, मोहल्ला-क्लीनिकों का दौरा करूंगा और वहां की जनता से संवाद करूंगा कि केजरीवाल ने जो वादों किए थे उनका लाभ जनता को मिल रहा है या नहीं।
उन्होंने कहा कहा कि केजरीवाल ने जिस तरह दिल्ली के बजट का पैसा विज्ञापनों, बेमतलब की नियुक्तियां कर मोटी-मोटी-तनख्वाह देने और बेकार की योजनाओं में खर्च किया है, अगर इन सब की जांच हो जाए तो केजरीवाल सरकार बुरी तरह से फंस जाएगी। आज दिल्ली के नौकरशाह खुद केजरीवाल से नाराज हैं।
उन्होंने आप और कांग्रेस के गठबंधन पर वार करते हुए कहा कि आज दोनों दलों ने अपनी हार स्वीकार कर ली है कि अकेले वे भाजपा का मुकाबला नहीं कर सकते। उन्होंने कहा कि यहां तक की कांग्रेस के बड़े नेता कपिल सिब्बल और अजय माकन ने तो हाथ खड़े कर दिए है, कि अगर गठबंधन नहीं हुआ तो हम चुनाव नहीं लड़ेगे। सत्ता के लालच में ये लोग कुछ भी करने को तैयार हैं। केजरीवाल एक तरफ कहते है कि वह कांग्रेस के साथ कोई गठबंधन नहीं करेंगे लेकिन खुद वह भी समझौते करने के लिए लालायित हैं।
