पंजाब केसरी- राजीव चौक पर विजय गोयल ने निकाला मशाल जुलूस, ‘दिल्ली बेहाल, जलाओ मशाल’
नई दिल्ली : भाजपा के राज्यसभा सांसद एवं पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल के नेतृत्व में शनिवार को दिल्ली के राजीव चौक मेट्रो स्टेशन से मशाल जुलूस निकाला गया। इसका नारा था, ‘दिल्ली बेहाल, जलाओ मशाल”। सैकड़ों की संख्या में कार्यकर्ताओं ने ‘दिल्ली बचाओ, केजरीवाल हटाओ” के नारे भी लगाए।
गोयल ने कहा कि अब तो पराली नहीं जल रही फिर क्यों दिल्ली के अन्दर प्रदूषण का स्तर खतरनाक है जिसका कारण है प्रदूषण हटाने के स्थायी कारणों पर दिल्ली सरकार ध्यान नहीं दे रही। सांसद का सुझाव है कि एक केन्द्रीय समिति बननी चाहिए जिसमें पर्यावरण मंत्रालय, शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, दिल्ली सरकार, एमसीडी के प्रतिनिधि व अन्य संस्थाएं होनी चाहिए। प्रदूषण को जन आन्दोलन बनाना पड़ेगा।
यदि केजरीवाल सरकार प्रदूषण पर राजनीति करती रही तो दिल्ली में रहना मुश्किल हो जाएगा। गोयल ने कहा कि आज भी दिल्ली के नागरिक गंदा पानी पीने को मजबूर हैं। सरकार खुद ही पानी के सैम्पल लेकर खुद ही अपनी पीठ थपथपा रही है। खुद ही मुजरिम है, खुद ही वकील और खुद ही जज है। प्रदूषण के लिए लोग एयर प्यूरीफायर और गंदे पानी के आरओ सिस्टम व बोतलों के साफ किए पानी को पीते रहेंगे, तब तक समझ लो दिल्ली सरकार इन दोनों समस्याओं को हल करने में विफल रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में प्रदूषण, गंदे पानी, सीवर, टूटी सड़कें, बदहाल ट्रांसपोर्ट, बदहाल ट्रैफिक और पार्किंग की समस्या से दिल्ली बेहाल हो गई है। उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम स्थायी समिति के चेयरमैन जय प्रकाश ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार हर जगह टकराव की राजनीति कर रही है, नगर निगम को फंड नहीं दे रही और केन्द्र सरकार की योजनाओं जैसे आयुष्मान भारत, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना को भी दिल्ली में लागू नहीं कर रही।

नई दिल्ली/ प्रदूषण (Pollution) और पानी भले ही देश के लिये शायद बहुत बड़ा चुनावी मुद्दा हो या न हो लेकिन दिल्ली विधानसभा (Delhi Assembly Election) के चुनावी नैया पार करने में इसका भरपूर इस्तेमाल होने से इनकार नहीं किया जा सकता है। आज विपक्षी पार्टी बीजेपी (Bjp) ने एक बार फिर सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल (Arvind Kejriwal) पर निशाना साधा है। राज्यसभा (Rajyasabha) सांसद और दिल्ली बीजेपी के पू्र्व अघ्यक्ष विजय गोयल (Vijay Goel) के नेतृत्व में सैंकड़ों पार्टी कार्यकर्ताओं ने राजधानी के दिल कनाट प्लेस में ‘दिल्ली बेहाल, जलाओ मशाल’ जुलुस निकाला
प्रदूषण के लिये पराली नहीं हैं जिम्मेदार
उन्होंने आज उपस्थित जनसमूहों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि अरविंद केजरीवाल बहाने बनाने वाली सरकार है। पहले केजरीवाल ने प्रदूषण के लिये पराली को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। यहां तक कि करोड़ो रुपये विज्ञापन लगाकर किसानों को दिल्ली के प्रदूषण के लिया कसूरवार बताया। फिर ऑड-इवन का नाटक रचा जिस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केजरीवाल को फटकार लगाई।
जनता RO और प्यूरीफायर लगाने को विवश
विजय गोयल ने कहा कि कोई केजरीवाल को समझाए कि गंदे पानी पीने से लोगों के स्वास्थ्य पर कितना गहरा असर पड़ता है। उन्होंने कहा कि लोग RO लगाकर पानी पीने को मजबूर है। आज दिल्ली की जनता एयर प्यूरीफायर लगाने को विवश हो रहे है। लेकिन केजरीवाल फिर भी गहरी नींद में सोए हुए है। उन्होंने संकेत किया यह मशाल सभी गली-मोहल्ले में जलाए जाएंगे। ताकि लोगों को अरविंद केजरीवाल के झूठ से अवगत कराया जा सकें।
केजरीवाल ने करोड़ो रुपये विज्ञापन में उड़ाया
विजय गोयल ने कहा कि आज इस कार्यक्रम ‘दिल्ली बेहाल, जलाओ मशाल’ का उद्देश्य ही यहीं है कि हम सभी दिल्लीवासी केजरीवाल से जानना चाहते है कि अब जब पराली नहीं जल रही तो दिल्ली में प्रदूषण क्यों इतनी है? साथ ही उन्हें यह बताना होगा कि पराली प्रदूषण के लिये मुख्य कारण ही नहीं हैं तो दिल्ली के लोगों के टैक्स से जमा पैसा को करोड़ो विज्ञापन में लगाकर किसका भला किया?
लोगों के सेहत का नहीं है ध्यान
बीजेपी के कद्दावर नेता विजय गोयल ने मांग की है कि एक केन्द्रीय समिति बनाया जाए जिसमें पर्यावरण मंत्रालय, शहरी विकास मंत्रालय, दिल्ली सरकार, एमसीडी के प्रतिनिधि व अन्य संस्था भी हो। जिसके सुझाव से दिल्ली में प्रदूषण को कम करने के गंभीर प्रयास किये जाने चाहिये। लेकिन दिल्ली के सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल को जनता के सेहत का ध्यान नहीं है तभी तो दूषित पानी की सप्लाई की जा रही है। उपर से अपनी पीठ भी थपथपाती है कि हमने तो दिल्ली की जनता को मुफ्त पानी की सप्लाई कर दी है।
Goel expresses grief on loss of 43 lives due to fire breakout at Anaj Mandi
– Delhi government cannot escape its responsibility with Rs 10 lakh compensation, and magisterial probe- Goel;
– Goel gives suggestions on avoiding fire accidents;
New Delhi, December 8th, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, expressed grief over loss of 43 lives due to fire accident at 43 lives at Delhi's Anaj Mandi.
Goel himself visited the scene and said that it is a sad accident. If we do not learn a lesson from this then such accidents will keep happening. Goel said that after Uphaar Cinema accident, this is the second big fire accident in Delhi where people lost lives due to administrative lapses. Before this, AIIMS, New Delhi Railway Station, Narela Industrial areas have seen similar fire breakouts in 2019.
Goel said that entire Delhi is facing the fire breakouts. There are so many areas where such factories are running and even fire brigade cannot reach such areas. Goel said that the Delhi government cannot escape its responsibility by giving 10 lakh compensation and ordering a magisterial probe. This is an administrative lapse on the part of Delhi government.
Goel suggested that-
1. All the haphazardly hanging wires in Old Delhi should be made underground and organised.
2. Fire safety norms should be liberalised so that people can follow them.
3. NCO can be obtained by giving bribes. This should be stopped.
4. Fire safety equipment should be available at relaxed rates.
5. People take risks because of employment opportunities at these places. Therefore, it is important to impart fire safety training in these factories, allowing them to install iron staircases etc. Alternative sites should also be arranged for small factories.
Fixing the accountability of Delhi government Goel asked if Delhi government has formulated any policies in last five years to prevent fire related accidents and what are its long term plans. Goel said that there are numerous such buildings in Old Delhi where fire accidents can take place. Illegal constructions need to be banned too.
Goel expressed hope that Delhi government and others will take a lesson from this accident and will ensure this is not repeated.

बीजेपी (Bjp) के वरिष्ठ नेता और राज्यसभा (Rajyasabha) सांसद विजय गोयल (Vijay Goel) ने आज राजधानी में मेट्रों में बढ़ रहीSuicide की घटनाओं पर चिंता जाहिर की है। उन्होंने आज सदन में sucide की घटनाओं को प्रमुखता से उठाया है। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली मेट्रो (Delhi Metro) में पिछले 4 साल में 80 से ज्यादा लोगों ने Suicide की है जो बहुत ही चिंताजनक है। उन्होंने कहा कि खासकरके ब्लू लाइन मेट्रो में बैरिकेड कम होने से इस तरह की घटनाएं बढ़ गई है।
सभी स्टेशनों पर लगाया जाए प्लेटफार्म स्क्रीन डोर
विजय गोयल ने कहा कि हालांकि मेट्रो की सुरक्षा के लिये तैनात सीआईएसफ के प्रयास भी ऐसे घटनाओं को रोकने में कम पड़ जाती है। उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि 'प्लेटफार्म स्क्रीन डोर' को सभी स्टेशनों पर लगाया जाए ताकि ऐसी घटनाओं को रोक लगाया जा सकें। उन्होंने साथ ही सुझाव दिया कि युवाओं का काउंसलिंग करने की भी आवश्यकता है जिससे वे जीवन की चुनौती से घबराकर अमूल्य जीवन को बर्बाद न करें। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को खेलकूद के लिये प्रेरित करने की भी आवश्यकता है।
मेट्रो हैं सबसे लोकप्रिय परिवहन
उन्होंने कहा कि आज मेट्रो सबसे लोकप्रिय परिवहन व्यवस्था बनकर तेजी से उभरी है। लेकिन आत्महत्या की बढ़ती घटना से हम सभी आहत है। उन्होंने कहा कि पिंक और मैजंटा लाइन पर ही केवल 'प्लेटफार्म स्क्रीन डोर' हैं जिसे विस्तार देने की आवश्यकता है। जबकि येलो लाइन के 37 स्टेशनों में से सिर्फ 5 प्लेटफार्म में ही ये प्लेटफार्म स्क्रीन डोर हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि Suicide को रोकने के लिये दिल्ली मेट्रो ने जागरुकता के लिये अनेक कदम उठाए है लेकिन इतना काफी नहीं है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज का युवा तनाव भरी जिंदगी जी रहा है उसे काउंसलिंग की बहुत ही आवश्यकता है।
Goel leads torch procession under the slogan of ‘Dilli Behal, Jalao Mashal’

New Delhi, December 7, 2019: Under the leadership of BJP MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, a torch procession was undertaken under the slogan of "Dilli Behaal, Jalao Mashal'". Hundreds of people raised the slogan of "Delhi Bachao, Kejriwal Hatao".
Goel said that now even stubble burning has stopped then why is level hazardous in Delhi. The Delhi government is the main culprit behind it for not reducing pollution levels caused due to Delhi's internal sources. Goel suggested that a Central Joint Committee should be formed in with a representative from Environment ministry, Urban Development Ministry, Delhi government, MCD, and other institutions. Pollution should be made a mass movement. If Kejriwal government kept on politicising Pollution, it'll be impossible to live in Delhi.
Goel said that even today Delhiites are being forced to drink dirty water in Delhi. Delhi government is praising itself on samples collected by it and tested by it. It is itself the culprit, lawyer, and judge. Until people keep using air and water purifier, it will only mean that Delhi government has failed to deliver on its promises.
Goel said because of elections, Delhi government is not focusing on people's problems. Even Supreme Court has said that Delhi has become narak.
Goel said that Delhi is facing problem of pollution, dirty water, sewer, roads, transport, traffic, parking and what not.
Goel said that even on the ownership rights given by Central government to residents of Unauthorised colonies, Kejriwal is lying to people.
Standing committee chairperson Jay Prakash said that Kejriwal government is not releasing funds to MCD, and is not implementing central government schemes like Ayushman Bharat, PM AWAS Yojana. The state of their hospitals is pathetic. Delhi government doesn't have funds for MCD but is burning money on advertisements.
Goel raises the issue of increasing suicides in Delhi Metro;

New Delhi, 6th December 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel raised the issue of increased number of suicides in Delhi metro in Rajya Sabha today. Goel said that Delhi metro has become a new hotspot of suicides.
Goel said that in last 4 years more than 80 people have committed suicide in Delhi metro rail lines. Most of the cases have taken place in blue line metro because of lack of barricades. Goel said that despite CISF preventing a lot of people from committing suicide.
Goel said that Delhi metro has installed barricades at a few metro stations. Pink and Magenta line metro stations have ‘platform screen doors’ but yellow line has 37 stations out of which only 5 stations have these doors. Blue line only has these doors at Rajiv Chowk.
These doors sync with metro doors and open only with metro doors.
Goel said that though DMRC has taken plethora of steps to prevent suicides at metro stations including a lot of awareness campaigns, there biggest challenge is installation of platform doors. They have a small window of 4-5 hours to these doors and to run a trial.
Goel said that one of the reasons behind this is today’s fast paced life. It is important that counselling services are present, mental health is stressed upon and promoting sports amongst youth.
केजरीवाल लगातार झूठ की राजनीति कर रहे है- गोयल
· प्याज की जमाखोरी रोकने में नाकाम रही केजरीवाल सरकार- गोयल ;
· जनता को सस्ता प्याज उपलब्ध करने के लिए केजरीवाल सरकार ने नहीं की केंद्र सरकार से कोई मांग;
नयी दिल्ली, 3 दिसंबर, 2019 : सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने प्याज के आसमान छूते दामों पर कहा कि जब प्याज के दाम बढ़ना शुरू हुए तब केंद्र सरकार ने नाफेड के जरिये दिल्ली सरकार को 15.60 रूपए किलो प्याज मुहैया करना शुरू किया जिसे दिल्ली सरकार ने 24 रूपए किलो बेचा.
गोयल ने बताया कि केजरीवाल लगातार झूठ की राजनीति कर रहे है. इस पर केजरीवाल सरकार के सिविल सप्लाई कोऑपरेशन ने नाफेड को पत्र लिखकर कहा कि उनके पास प्याज कि उचित व्यवस्था और स्टॉक है व अब केंद्र सरकार नाफेड के जरिये दिल्ली में भेजी जाने वाली प्याज की आपूर्ति बंद कर दें. इसी पत्र में ये भी लिखा गया था कि जो एक ट्रक प्याज की हर गोदाम में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा आपूर्ति होनी थी वो भी बंद कर दी जाए. गोयल ने कहा आम आदमी पार्टी अपनी विफलताओं को छुपाने के लिए ये नाटक कर रही है. सच्चाई तो ये है की इनके पास प्याज वितरण की उचित व्यवस्था नहीं थी इसलिए इन्होने केंद्र सरकार से प्याज लेने को मना कर दिया.
गोयल ने बताया कि 23 नवंबर को पत्र लिखकर केंद्र सरकार ने केजरीवाल सरकार से पूछा था कि उन्हें कितने प्याज चाहिए? पर केजरीवाल ने कोई जवाब नहीं दिया था. गोयल ने कहा कि देश के कई अन्य राज्यों ने भी केंद्र सरकार को पत्र लिखकर प्याज की मांग की थी पर केजरीवाल सरकार की तरफ से कुछ नहीं आया. जब केजरीवाल ने देखा की जनता में रोष है और लगातार केंद्र सरकार प्याज के दाम कम करने के लिए प्याज का आयत कर रही है तब उन्होंने ये झूठी अफवाहें फैलाना शुरू कर दिया.
गोयल ने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार मिस्र से 6000 टन प्याज आयत कर रही है और 11000 टन प्याज टर्की से आयत कर रही है. यह प्याज कुछ ही दिनों में बाजार में आ जाएगी और प्याज की कीमतों से लोगों को राहत मिलेगी.
गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार ना तो प्याज कि जमाखोरी करने वालों को रोक पायी ना ही उसने केंद्र सरकार से प्याज की मांग की. अब लोगों को गुमराह करने में लगी है. पहले तो लोगों को गन्दा पानी और प्रदूषित हवा में रहने को मजबूर किया अब केजरीवाल सरकार गरीब का रोटी-प्याज भी छीन रही है. दिल्ली को तो नरक बना ही दिया है.
Central government has invested in projects worth 50 thousand crores to reduce pollution in Delhi- Goel
· Goel questions Road Ministry about prospective projects to reduce pollution levels in Delhi;
· Kejriwal government did not pay for its share on Eastern-Western Peripheral Highway- Gadkari;
New Delhi, 2nd December, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, questioned the Road and Transport Minister, Nitin Gadkari about prospective projects Central Government is investing in to reduce pollution levels in Delhi and if Delhi government has been hindering the implementation of these projects?
Answering Goel’s question, Gadkari said that projects worth Rs 50,000 crores are in the pipeline right now which includes 3000 crore investment in a corridor being constructed at Akshardham which will be linked with Eastern Peripheral Highway. Gadkari told that before this traffic from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal would come to Delhi. Eastern-Western Highway has diverted traffic massively from Delhi.
Gadkari told that Delhi government is not paying for its share of cost in eastern-western peripheral highway. The case is now pending in Supreme Court.
Goel told that Central Government’s Eastern-Western Highway, loops in Dhuala Kuan, Dwarka Highway has contributed in reducing pollution levels massively. In addition to this, Central Government is also investing in Urban Extension Ring Road worth 4000 crores.
Goel said that Delhi’s pollution levels are grave. Kejriwal government has not contributed for its share in eastern western highway but wasted money on advertisements. Supreme Court had recently remarked that Delhi has become narak. The situation is so bad that people are being forced to drink dirty water and breathe poisonous air. Kejriwal should resign from his position.
Goel also congratulated Gadkari for central government’s relentless efforts in reducing pollution levels in Delhi.
नवभारत टाइम्स- कच्ची कॉलोनियों में नहीं होगी तोड़फोड़ : गोयल
नई दिल्ली : बीजेपी सांसद विजय गोयल ने कहा है कि कच्ची कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को उनके मकानों का मालिकाना हक देने के बाद सीलिंग का खतरा टल जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि केंद्र सरकार ऐसा बिल ला रही है। अवैध निर्माण में जिन मकानों को तोड़फोड़ के लिए बुक किया गया है, वे मकान भी बुकिंग के दायरे से बाहर हो जाएंगे। बुकिंग का ऑर्डर अपने आप रद्द हो जाएगा।
गोयल ने कहा कि लोगों को मालिकाना हक मिलने से सिर्फ इतने ही लाभ नही होंगे, बल्कि रजिस्ट्री कराने में काफी कम पैसे लगेंगे। महज 100 या 200 रुपये में ही रजिस्ट्री हो जाएगी। कच्ची कॉलोनियों में रहने वाले लोगों को मालिकाना हक देने के लिए 16 दिसंबर को एक पोर्टल लॉन्च किया जाएगा। उन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार पर भी निशाना साधा और कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी सरकार इस मामले में लोगों को भ्रमित कर रही है। कांग्रेस भी इसमें शामिल है।

राज्यसभा में शून्यकाल के दौरान बीजेपी सांसद विजय गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में अब रोड रेज़ की समस्या नहीं बल्कि पार्किंग रेज़ की समस्या आम बात हो गई है. प्रतिदिन पार्किंग की समस्या से आपसी लड़ाई देखने को मिलती है. विजय गोयल ने कुछ आँकड़े पेश करते हुए राज्यसभा में कहा कि दिल्ली में हर महीने 1 व्यक्ति की मौत पार्किंग विवाद के चलते हो रही है. दिल्ली में इस वक़्त 1 करोड़ वाहनों के पार्किंग की व्यवस्था करने की ज़रूरत है जो कि मौजूदा समय में पर्याप्त नहीं हैं. विजय गोयल ने कहा कि पार्किंग के चलते बढ़ते विवाद को कारण थानों में शिकायतें भी बढ़ती जा रही हैं.
