नई दिल्ली [संतोष कुमार सिंह]। Delhi water quality: राष्ट्रीय राजधानी में दूषित पानी को लेकर राजनीतिक घमासान जारी है। दिल्ली भाजपा के सांसदों ने इस मुद्दे पर शुक्रवार को प्रेसवार्ता कर मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर जमकर निशाना साधा। प्रदेश भाजपा अध्यक्ष मनोज तिवारी ने कहा कि दिल्ली में लोग दूषित पानी से परेशान हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि जांच में दिल्ली का पानी फेल हुआ तो मुख्यमंत्री इसे गंभीरता से लेने के बजाय नाराज हो रहे हैं। जीवन से जुड़े इस मुद्दे को वह राजनीतिक मुद्दा बता रहे हैं।
मनोज तिवारी ने साल 2014, 2015 और 2019 में पानी को लेकर केजरीवाल के बयान का वीडियो और दूषित पानी की समस्या लेकर लोगों की प्रतिक्रिया दिखाकर मुख्यमंत्री पर झूठ बोलने का आरोप लगाया। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री समस्या हल करने के बजाय भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो और जनता को झूठा बता रहे हैं।
डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने लगाया केजरीवाल पर झूठ बोलने का आरोप
वहीं, केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल को झूठ बोलने की आदत है। भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो देश की प्रतिष्ठित संस्था है। आजादी के समय से काम कर रही है। केजरीवाल को छोड़कर अबतक किसी ने भी मानक ब्यूरो की रिपोर्ट या सत्यापन पर किसी ने प्रश्न नहीं उठाया है। दिल्ली सहित 13 शहरों के पानी के नमूने लेकर जांच की गई, किसी भी राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री ने रिपोर्ट पर विरोध नहीं किया।
डॉ. हर्षवर्धन ने कहा कि केजरीवाल समस्या हल करने के बजाय रिपोर्ट की प्रमाणिकता पर सवाल उठा रहे हैं। दिल्ली में बच्चों में जलजनित बीमारियां बढ़ रही हैं। दूषित पानी की समस्या संवेदनशील और लोगों के स्वास्थ्य के साथ जुड़ा हुआ है। केंद्र ने दूषित पानी को लेकर बैठक बुलाई थी जिसमें दिल्ली के प्रतिनिधि शामिल नहीं हुए।
केजरीवाल दें 900 करोड़ रुपये का हिसाब
राज्यसभा सदस्य विजय गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में लोगों को पीने के लिए 3840 मिलियन लीटर पानी चाहिए। जल बोर्ड पानी उपलब्ध कराने में असमर्थ है। यहां पर 30 फीसद पानी बर्बाद हो जाता है। दिल्ली के लोग जलजनित बीमारियों से पीड़ित हो रहे हैं लेकिन केजरीवाल इस पर सियासत कर रहे हैं। जिन घरों से सैंपल लिए गए थे उनके घरों में आप कार्यकर्ता और विधायक पहुंच रहे हैं।
विजय गोयल ने दूषित पानी के लिए दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के मुखिया सीएम अरविंद केजरीवाल और टैंकर माफिया को जिम्मेदार ठहराया। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार को केंद्र से मिले 900 करोड़ रुपये का हिसाब देना चाहिए।

उधर, भाजपा सांसद प्रवेश वर्मा ने कहा कि सीएम केजरीवाल ने खराब हवा और दूषित पानी देकर दिल्लीवासियों की उम्र दस वर्ष कम कर रहे हैं। दिल्ली में 20 फीसद लोग आरओ का खर्च नहीं उठा सकता। दिल्ली जल बोर्ड के कार्यालय में सात लाख से ज्यादा दूषित पानी की शिकायत की गई। सरकार को बताना चाहिए कि शिकायतों पर क्या कार्रवाई की गई। ग्रामीण इलाके में पानी नहीं पहुंच रहा है। जहां पानी पहुंच रहा है वह जहर है।
सीएम बताएं सचिवालय और मुख्यमंत्री आवास में क्यों लगे आरओ
वहीं भाजपा सांसद मीनाक्षी लेखी ने कहा कि 2015 में केंद्र सरकार ने दिल्ली को पानी के लिए 900 करोड़ दिए थे। दिल्ली के पास पानी फिल्टर करने के लिए पर्याप्त संयंत्र नहीं है। लोग आरओ लगाने को मजबूर हैं। मुख्यमंत्री बताएं कि यदि स्वच्छ पानी की आपूर्ति हो रही है तो सचिवालय और मुख्यमंत्री आवास में आरओ क्यों लगाए गए हैं।

New Delhi, 23rd November, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, raised pertinent questions on Kejriwal government’s waiver of sewer-water charges.
Goel questioned that those who had paid their dues honestly while taking sewer-water connection, will Kejriwal government repay them their money? Goel said that situation of Jal Board is so deplorable that it cannot even pay salaries of its employees on time.
Exposing the facts of Kejriwal’s conference, Goel said that—
1. Kejriwal is engaging in politics of deceit. First, he increased the water-sewer charges of 200m and 300m plots to Rs. 1,14,110 and Rs 1,24,110. This pushed people not to be able to install water-sewer pipelines in their houses and then Kejriwal is showing that he has reduced these charges to Rs 2310.
2. Goel said that Kejriwal has himself agreed that a lot of places are getting dirty water. Now that his government’s term is about to end, he is misleading people by telling them to register complaints on dirty water. Goel asked that why did Kejriwal not do this in last five years?
3. Goel said that Kejriwal could not even give examples of 15 places where he has installed pipelines and provided clean water to people.
4. Goel said that Kejriwal himself conceded in his press conference that he was unsuccessful in cleaning Delhi’s water in last five years. This is same Kejriwal who five years ago was making claims of providing tapped water at everyone’s doorsteps.
5. Kejriwal’s own government is drinking bottled water or RO water but they have forced 2 crore Delhiites to drink dirty water.
Goel told that during Kejriwal’s tenure, Jal Board faced a deficit of Rs 800 crores in last two years.
Goel said that Kejriwal sat idle for last five years in Delhi. If Delhi’s water is clean, then who is responsible for more than 21 lakh Diarrhoea cases in last four years? In 2018 itself, more than 36000 complaints were filed against Delhi Jal Board. What happened to those complaints? BIS’s report on Delhi’s water situation has exposed Kejriwal and to escape accountability, he is trying to deceit Delhiites.
India Tv News- Delhi air quality turns severe; Vijay Goel rides bicycle to Parliament
Delhi's air quality turned severe on Thursday due to calm winds and high humidity. The overall air quality index in the national capital was 356 at 9:30 am on Thursday. The AQI at Rohini (411), Anand Vihar (411) and Bawana (404) entered the severe zone in the morning. According to the India Meteorological Department, very low wind speed and high humidity due to shallow fog in the morning led to the accumulation of pollutants.
A senior IMD scientist said the air quality is expected to remain severe on Thursday and Friday.
Meanwhile, former Union Minister Vijay Goel arrived at the Parliament on a cycle on Thursday. Goel was clicked wearing an anti-pollution mask and a bottle filled with muddy water was placed at the front of his cycle.
The former Union Minister, in an attack on Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, said only politics was played on pollution in the city.
"The chief minister of Delhi has only played politics over pollution in the national capital," Vijay Goel said.
According to the government's air quality monitoring and forecasting body, SAFAR, relief is expected only on Saturday with an increase in wind speed which will disperse pollutants faster.

NEW DELHI: BJP leader Vijay Goel on Thursday accused the Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP government in Delhi of not taking enough measures to address air pollution in the national capital over the last five years.
"Kejriwal did not take steps to tackle air pollution and bad water quality. He did not show his concern to around two crore people of Delhi. Earlier, water was not coming in Delhi but now water is coming, but it's contaminated. They are doing politics on this matter. Even the Supreme Court said that the odd-even scheme is not enough to tackle air pollution," he told ANI.
"90 per cent pollution happens from local sources such as road construction, smoke coming out from vehicles, dust and industrial pollution. Stubble burning was an excuse. It was being done for the last 30 days. So, the Kejriwal government has not done anything in the last five years," Goel said.
The air quality in Delhi and its adjoining areas such as Gurugram, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad again plunged to 'very poor' category on Thursday and is expected to fall into 'severe' category by tomorrow, according to System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).
Today, the overall Air Quality Index (AQI) of the national capital docked at 312.
Earlier today, Environment Minister Prakash Javadekar said that a comprehensive plan for Delhi NCR has been developed identifying the timelines for abating and controlling air pollution in the region.
"In order to abate and control air pollution in Delhi NCR, we have undertaken several initiatives. A high-level task force was constituted under the chairmanship of the Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister. Regular review meetings have been held," Javadekar said in the Rajya Sabha.
"The Centre has notified a graded response action plan for Delhi NCR for different levels of pollution," he added.

नई दिल्ली : राज्यसभा सांसद व दिल्ली बीजेपी के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने गुरुवार को फिर ऑड-ईवन पर दिल्ली सरकार को घेरा। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली में अभी भी प्रदूषण स्तर 370 माइक्रोग्राम/क्यूबिक मीटर है, जो स्वास्थ्य के लिए बेहद हानिकारक है। स्थिति इतनी गंभीर है कि लोग शहर छोड़ कर भाग रहे हैं। प्रदूषण की वजह से कैंसर मरीजों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है। प्रदूषण से बचने के लिए लोग अब ऑक्सिजन भी खरीदने लगे हैं। गोयल ने आरोप लगाया कि दिल्ली में ऑड-ईवन प्लान पूरी तरह से फेल रहा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी कहा है कि ऑड-ईवन प्लान लोअर और मिडिल क्लास को तंग करने वाला प्लान है। जब तक दिल्ली में सार्वजनिक परिवहन को ठीक नहीं किया जाता, तब तक प्रदूषण कम नहीं हो सकता। वह गुरुवार को साइकल चला कर संसद पहुंचे। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि साइकल स्वास्थ्य और पर्यावरण दोनों के लिए ही अच्छा है।

नयी दिल्ली: आज दिल्ली में प्रदूषण एक बार फिर बढ़ गया है। हवा की गति कम होने और आर्द्रता का स्तर अधिक होने के कारण दिल्ली और एनसीआर के कई हिस्सों में वायु गुणवत्ता बेहद खराब श्रेणी में पहुंच गई है। सुबह साढ़े नौ बजे दिल्ली में वायु गुणवत्ता सूचकांक (एक्यूआई) 356 रहा, जो बेहद खराब श्रेणी में आता है। मौसम विभाग के एक वरिष्ठ वैज्ञानिक ने कहा कि वायु गुणवत्ता गुरुवार और शुक्रवार को बेहद खराब श्रेणी में बनी रह सकती है। सरकारी वायु गुणवत्ता निगरानी संस्था सफर ने बताया कि शनिवार को हवा की गति बढ़ने की उम्मीद है जिससे प्रदूषक तत्व छितरा जाएंगे और प्रदूषण से राहत मिल सकती है।
वहीं हवा और पानी को लेकर पॉलिटिक्स शुरू हो गई है। पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री विजय गोयल आज साइकिल से संसद पहुंचे। गोयल ने मुंह पर मास्क लगाया हुआ था और साइकिल के आगे गंदे पानी की बोतल रखी हुई थी। गोयल ने दिल्ली के मुख्यमंत्री अरविंद केजरीवाल पर हमला बोला और कहा कि दिल्ली के सीएम ने 5 साल तक प्रदूषण पर सिर्फ पॉलिटिक्स की।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट से फटकार के बाद सरकार बहस के लिए तैयार तो हुई लेकिन सांसदों ने इस बहस में जिस तरह की लापरवाही दिखाई और बहस से दूरी बनाई, उससे इस सीरियस मसले पर उनकी नॉन-सिरियसनेस को दिखाता है। हालांकि आज राज्यसभा में पर्यावरण मंत्री बताएंगे उनके पास इस मसले के हल के लिए क्या प्लान है।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट की फटकार के बाद भी पराली का जलना जारी है। बीजेपी बोल रही है दिल्ली के लिए केजरीवाल जिम्मेदार हैं जबकि हरियाणा और यूपी में बीजेपी की सरकार है तो केजरीवाल को बोलने के लिए पराली का ढाल मिल गया है। प्रदूषण पर बैठक होती है तो 50 में से सिर्फ चार सांसद पहुंचते हैं। कितनी गंभीर है सरकार आप अंदाजा लगा लीजिए। अपनी नाकामियों को छिपाने के लिए बस एक दूसरे पर आरोप लगाते हैं।
पंजाब केसरी- ऑड-ईवन मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने लगाई हमारी बात पर मुहर : विजय गोयल
नई दिल्ली : राज्यसभा सांसद व प्रदेश भाजपा के पूर्व अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने केजरीवाल सरकार की ऑड-ईवन योजना की पोल खोलते हुए कहा कि जहां एक ओर दिल्ली में बढ़ते प्रदूषण से जनता बेहाल है, वहीं दूसरी ओर बढ़ते प्रदूषण पर लगाम लगाने में पूरी तरह से फेल हुई केजरीवाल सरकार के काम को फ्लॉप स्कीम बताते हुए सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि दिल्ली में 60 प्रतिशत से ज्यादा प्रदूषण दिल्ली सरकार के पांच साल तक हाथ पर हाथ धरे रहने के कारण है।
इस मौके पर उत्तरी दिल्ली नगर निगम स्थाई समिति अध्यक्ष जय प्रकाश एवं प्रदेश मीडिया प्रमुख अशोक गोयल उपस्थित थे। विजय गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली में आज भी प्रदूषण का स्तर 505 यानी हानिकारक है। ऑड-ईवन पर केजरीवाल सरकार जिस तरह से नाटक कर रही थी, इस पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हमारी बात पर मोहर लगा दी है। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री केजरीवाल में यदि हिम्मत है तो अब दोबारा से ऑड-ईवन लागू कर दिखाएं।
विजय गोयल ने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने कुल मिलाकर 12 दिन ऑड-ईवन को लागू किया जिसमें तीन दिन की छूट दी गयी। ऑड-ईवन का पालन न करने वाले 48,885 लोगों के चालान इस दौरान कटे। चालान कटने से लोगों को केवल परेशान किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि दिल्ली सरकार ने ऑड-ईवन को लेकर पहले कोई भी स्टडी नहीं की और बिना यह जाने की इससे प्रदूषण पर कितना फर्क पड़ता है यह योजना लागू कर दी।

नई दिल्ली, जागरण संवाददाता। ऑड-इवेन का विरोध करने वाले राज्यसभा सदस्य और पूर्व भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने रविवार को जंतर-मंतर पर दिल्ली सरकार के खिलाफ प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने ऐलान किया कि अगर, मुख्यमंत्री अर¨वद केजरीवाल ने फिर से ऑड-इवेन लागू किया तो जनता सड़क पर उतरकर विरोध करेगी। उन्होंने प्रदूषण के दौरान मास्क बांटने के नाम पर घोटाले के आरोप लगाए और दावा किया है कि अगले विधानसभा चुनाव में भाजपा की सरकार बनने के बाद एक साल के भीतर प्रदूषण को खत्म किया जाएगा।
दिल्ली सरकार को चुनौती देते हुए कहा कि ऑड-इवेन के उल्लंघन पर जुर्माना चार हजार से 500 रुपये करके दिखाए फिर पूरी दिल्ली सड़क पर होगी। करीब पांच हजार लोगों ने इसका उल्लंघन करके जुर्माना भरा है।
प्रदूषण से दिल्ली की जनता को बीमार करने वाले मुख्यमंत्री को सत्ता में बने रहने का अधिकार नहीं है। वह तुरंत इस्तीफा दे। केजरीवाल सरकार ने पांच साल तक प्रदूषण के खिलाफ एक भी कार्य नहीं किया। अब ऑड-इवेन का नाटक कर रही है। जबकि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने भी दिल्ली सरकार को ऑड-इवेन को लेकर फटकार लगाई है। 60 फीसद दिल्ली का प्रदूषण स्थानीय कारणों से होता है। ऑड-इवेन प्रदूषण का कोई हल नहीं है।
भाजपा के राष्ट्रीय मंत्री आरपी सिंह ने कहा कि केजरीवाल को जेल होनी चाहिए क्योंकि उन्होंने ऑड-इवेन को नियोजित रूप से लागू नहीं किया। जो तीन हजार बसें लाने का वादा किया गया था उल्टे एक हजार बसें कम हो गईं। इतना ही नहीं प्रदूषण और बड़ा स्मॉग फ्री टॉवर और वैक्यूम क्लीनर भी सरकार ने नहीं लगाए।

New Delhi, November 17, 2019: Under the leadership of MP and former BJP Delhi, Vijay Goel, BJP Delhi held a protest on pollution at Jantar Mantar. Goel was accompanied by Union Minister R.P Singh and standing committee chairperson Shri Jay Prakash and hundreds of others.
BJP has been rounding AAP on its failures to curb pollution. BJP claimed that Kejriwal government did not do anything to curb pollution and now is doing the gimmick of Odd-Even. People protesting were holding placards saying "Pradooshan ki jimmedaar, Kejriwal sarkaar, Odd-Even hai bekar" .
Goel said that even Supreme Court has reprimanded Kejriwal government that it failed to curb local reasons of pollution which contribute 60% pollution like road dust, construction dust, industrial dust and garbage dump. Supreme court also said that odd-even is not a solution to pollution. Despite Odd-even, pollution has reached hazardous levels. Delhi government did not undertake any study on Odd-Even and without any impact assessment, it implemented Odd-Even.
Goel said that if Kejriwal implements Odd-even now, people will protest against it. Despite the challan being Rs 4000, more than 4885 people have been challaned under Odd-Even. This means that people are facing inconvenience. Kejriwal did seek co-operation from anyone.
Goel said that corruption has taken place on the name of Odd-Even and crores have been wasted on advertisements. Kejriwal's 50 lakhs mask distribution should be investigated. This money should be taken from Kejriwal's own pocket. Kejriwal should be held accountable for money wasted on Odd-Even.
Goel said that stubble burning is an excuse. If stubble burning contributes to pollution then why Odd-Even? If BJP comes into power after next legislative assembly elections, it will curb pollution in one year.
Union Minister R.P Singh said that Kejriwal should be jailed for not implementing Odd-Even properly. It had promised to being 3000 buses but instead, bus strength reduced by 1000. It also contributed to pollution levels. It failed to install a smog tower and vacuum cleaner in Delhi. Last year, NGT had fined Delhi Government for 25 crores.
Jay Prakash said that if Central Government would not have implemented Eastern-Western peripheral highways then it would have been impossible to live in Delhi. Delhi government did not release funds to MCD. Arvind Kejriwal's true face has been exposed to everyone.

नई दिल्ली/ टीम डिजिटल। अनधिकृत कॉलोनी (Unauthorized Colony) का महासम्मेलन अंतिम समय में टालने के बाद अब एक बार फिर से पूर्व प्रदेश बीजेपी (BJP) अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल (Vijay Goel) इस मामले में आगे बढ़कर कार्य करने में जुटे हैं। विजय गोयल ने शुक्रवार को वरिष्ठ बीजेपी नेता विजय जौली के साथ संगम विहार की अनधिकृत कॉलोनी में पदयात्रा की।
उन्होंने 17 नवंबर को कॉलोनी के लोगों को नियमितिकरण के तरीकों और उनकी शंकाओं का समाधान करने के लिए अशोक रोड स्थित अपने आवास पर ही एक कैंप का आयोजन किया है। जिसमें लोगों को समझाया जाएगा कि किस कॉलोनी और किन मकानों के लिए लोगों को कितना शुल्क देना होगा और क्या प्रक्रिया इसमें अपनानी होगी।
40 लाख लोगों को मालिकाना हक दिलाने का दावा
गोयल ने कहा कि ‘प्रधानमंत्री उदय योजना’ में जो 1731 कालोनियों में रहने वाले 40 लाख लोगों को मालिकाना हक देकर लाभ पहुंचाया जा रहा है, उसके लिए ताउम्र लोग मोदी के आभारी रहेंगे। उन्होंने इस दौरान लोगों के सवालों के जवाब भी दिये और घर-घर जाकर हस्ताक्षर अभियान को भी अंजाम दिया।
1731 अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के नियमितीकरण का रास्ता साफ
उल्लेखनीय है कि 23 अक्टूबर को केंद्र सरकार (Central Government) ने अधिसूचना जारी करते हुए 1731 अनधिकृत कॉलोनियों के नियमितीकरण का रास्ता साफ कर दिया था। इस प्रक्रिया को अमली जामा पहनाने की जिम्मेवारी पूरी तरह से डीडीए को सुपुर्द की गई है।
नियमितीकरण की पूरी प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी
डीडीए के अनुसार कॉलोनियों के नियमितीकरण की पूरी प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी होगी और इसके लिए वेबसाइट बनाई जा रही है। जिसके माध्यम से ही लोगों को नियमितीकरण के लिए आवेदन से लेकर अन्य प्रक्रियाओं को पूरा करना होगा। इस प्रक्रिया में लोगों द्वारा आवेदन किए जाने पर उसकी सत्यता जांची जाएगी और उसके बाद ही नियमितीकरण की प्रक्रिया होगी।
