– Delhi government is toying with life of Delhiites;
– Delhi government did not mitigate other sources of pollution- Odd even is a drama

New Delhi,  October 31, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel will hold a fast for a day against pollution at his residence.

Goel blamed Kejriwal government for inaction on pollution in Delhi. Entire Delhi is suffering from pollution and the air quality has breached hazardous levels.  Kejriwal government is shedding its responsibility on the issue and is falsely blaming Punjab and Haryana to be responsible for stubble burning. However, according to a report by SAFAR and CPCB, stubble burning contributes to only 4-10% of pollution in Delhi. Central government has also invested Rs 1100 crores in these states to reduce the instances of stubble burning. 90% of pollution is from internal sources.

Goel said that Kejriwal government was responsible for curbing dust, industrial pollution, pollution from waste burning, construction dust etc. On the other hand, the Delhi government miserably failed to procure e-buses, add 5000 buses to the fleet, install smog free towers, procure vacuum cleaners, 1.5lakh trees in central ridge, construct footpaths and cycle lanes.

Goel said that Kejriwal is under a false impression that by spending hundreds of crores he will be able to manipulate voters. In actuality, he has not won even a single election since 2015.

Goel said that his fast is a challenge to Kejriwal government. If Kejriwal government does not work on its conduct, Delhiites will not forgive them.

Goel said that the Central Government has constructed eastern western peripheral highways, BS VI norms, closed Badarpur electric plant, construction of loops and a highway in Dhaula kuan, expressway in Dwarka etc to combat pollution.

The situation of Delhi is such that the schools will have to be closed. On one hand the levels of pollution are spiking and on the other hand, Delhi government is going to earn money through corruption during odd-even. Odd even is just a political gimmick. Last time as well, a lot of governmental and non-governmental organisations had said that odd even does not have any impact on air quality. In these circumstances, Kejriwal government should focus on reducing pollution instead of pulling the gimmick of odd even.

Delhiites should understand that exempting more than 70% of Delhi's vehicles from Odd even is just to advertise odd even in newspapers.

 – By 2025, entire DTC fleet will be depleted, only 5000 employees will be left- Goel; 
New Delhi, 30th October, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President, Vijay Goel, cautioned Delhi's sisters against free bus rides and told them that the bus travel has been made free for elections, not for them. Bhaiya dooj used to come before also but Kejriwal bhaia did not remember you. If Kejriwal would have done this when he came to power, he would have been bound to make travel free for five years. 
Goel questioned Kejriwal government that if he were so worried about his sisters, then why is that he did not procure any buses in last five years? According to an RTI, 1000 buses have depleted from the existing fleet of DTC. There were 5000 buses in 2015 but during the time of Kejriwal government, the strength came down to 3796. Goel said that the situation is so grave that DTC had to inform Delhi government in a board resolution that its entire fleet will deplete by 2025. Only 5000 employees will be left on payroll. DTC has been incurring losses since last five years. In 2018 itself. DTC incurred a loss of 2000 crores and earned less than Rs 1000 crores. 
Goel said that Kejriwal government failed to procure 5000 buses in Delhi. Delhi's common man travels in these buses with its life on stake, the buses are crowded to an extent that everyday someone's pocket gets picked or people end up getting into fight. More than 30 lakh people use less than 3500 buses for commute everyday but Kejriwal is busy in his vote bank politics. 
Goel said that just like bus rides, Kejriwal gave free electricity upto 200 units, but all of this just two months before the elections to manipulate voters. Actually, Kejirwal government did not do anything for Delhi in last five years. Pollution has increased to the extent that Delhi has become a gas chamber. Kejriwal is very well aware that until and unless he gives freebies indiscriminately, people will ignore his misdeeds. 
Goel said that Kejriwal has been abusive towards Modiji and has abused him multiple times. Now, since his complacency will be exposed, he is advertising worth Rs 270 crores by exhausting exchequer's hardearned money. 
Goel today was also present at the Delhi State Headquarters for the bhoomi poojan of Delhi Legislative elections office.

नई दिल्ली, 28 अक्टूबर, 2019: सांसद और पूर्व दिल्ली भाजपा अध्यक्ष विजय गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल सरकार सिर्फ खोखली घोषणाएं और विज्ञापनों में जनता का पैसा बर्बाद करने में लगी है दिल्ली के विकास पर उनका कोई ध्यान नहीं है दिल्ली में आज प्रदूषण का स्तर इतना बढ़ गया है कि लोगो का दिल्ली में रहना मुश्किल हो गया है लोगो को जहरीली हवा लेनी पड़ रही है और दिल्ली सरकार सो रही है सफर और सेंट्रल पॉल्यूशन कंट्रोल बोर्ड के डेटा कहते है कि वायु की गुणवत्ता 463 पहुंच गयी है जबकि 100 से ज्यादा नहीं होनी चाहिए। PM 10 – 515 के ख़तरनाक स्तर पर पहुंच गया है
 
गोयल ने कहा कि जब सबको पता है कि दिवाली पर ज्यादा प्रदूषण होता है तो केजरीवाल को कुछ महीने पहले एक्शन-प्लान तैयार कर लेना चाहिए था कि इसका समाधान कैसे करे पर केजरीवाल तो सिर्फ लोगो को बेवकूफ बना रहे है अखबरों में बड़े-बड़े विज्ञापन देकर जनता का पैसा बर्बाद कर रहे है केजरीवाल ने फ्लॉप लेज़र शो में भी जनता के करोड़ो रुपये बर्बाद कर दिए. जबकि केवल 5000 लोग आये और उस से प्रदूषण पर कोई फ़र्क नहीं पड़ा।
 
गोयल ने कहा जो एक हजार इलेट्रिक बसें आनी थी वो कहाँ है जो पेड़-पौधे लगने थे वो कहाँ है छिड़काव भी नहीं हुआ, स्मोक टावर लगने थे वो कहाँ है केजरीवाल सरकार ने 5 साल कुछ नहीं किया। गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल से जानना चाहता हूँ कि आगे प्रदूषण को रोकने के लिए वो क्या करेंगे। उनके पास कोई प्लान है भी की नहीं
 
गोयल ने कहा कि केजरीवाल ने पांच साल कुछ काम नहीं किया वो हर काम में विफल रही है अब वो वोट बैंक की राजनीती कर रही है सिर्फ विज्ञापन और जनता का पैसा बर्बाद करने के लिए  ऑड -ईवन का भी वो नाटक कर रहे है । वो सोचते है कि सिर्फ चुनाव से दो महीने पहले वो मुफ़्त की घोषणाएं करके वोट हासिल कर लेंगे पर 2015 के बाद वो एक भी चुनाव नहीं जीते। गोयल ने कहा 5 साल काम नहीं किया इसलिए  मुफ़्त की घोषणाएं करनी पड़ रही है चाहें वो 200 यूनिट फ़्री बिजली हो या बुजुगों की यात्रा या अब महिलाओ का बसों में मुफ़्त सफ़र।
 

गोयल ने कहा घोषणाएं 5 साल पहले क्यों नहीं की अब जब चुनाव नजदीक आ रहे है तब क्यों घोषणाएं हो रही है क्योकि ये केवल चुनावी स्टंट है

New Delhi, October 23, 2019: MP and former BJP Delhi President Vijay Goel congratulated PM Shri Modi ji for the decision of regularising 1797 unauthorised colonies.  
Goel said that this will benefit 50 lakh residents of unauthorised colonies who were facing a lot of problem while the Delhi government only bluffed and duped them. When Delhi government failed to delineate these colonies and raise boundary walls and asked for extension till 2021 then the Central Government decided to step in and take the initiative.  
Goel said that these lands will be regularised and given ownership rights irrespective of being on private land or government land except for a few colonies. The stamp duty for these will be minimal as well for their registry. It will like almost free but the minimal amount has been put to avoid any legal hurdles. On being vested with the ownership rights, they will be able to take loans, raise FAR and sell and buy houses easily. 
Goel said that the residents of unauthorised colonies will celebrate Diwali for next four days. Today, the residents burst crackers and played drums to celebrate the decision.
Goel also told that the Central Government is going to bring a legislation on regularisation of unauthorised colonies in the upcoming winter session which starts on 18th November. This Bill have a detailed information on regularisation.
Goel said that we have been consistently struggling for this since 2010 to provide relief to these residents of unauthorised colonies and to regularise them. But Kejriwal government kept hindering these which is why Central Government had to take it in its own hands. The declaration was made by Union Urban Development Minister Hardeep Puri- Modi hai to mumkin hai. 
Goel also congratulated the Modi government for announcing several measures to revive BSNL and MTNL, and announcing the merger of the two. Goel hailed it to be a liberal forward looking step.
